Entha Lash Studio

I was nervous about trying a lash studio for the first time without a personal referral, but I REALLY wanted to get a set — today. I had read some good Unilocal reviews so I called Entha Lash Studio and was able to get a same day appointment. The studio is clean and welcoming. Janet was very sweet. She showed me my lash options, told me the differences between them, and made a recommendation on length based on my eyes and the way I answered a few question about what I was looking for. The whole thing was very relaxing (removing the sticky lower lash protector was a little uncomfortable but over quickly enough.) I am THRILLED with my lashes! They are exactly what I was looking for — noticeably thicker and longer without being over the top. I wear very little makeup and wanted natural, but beautiful looking lashes and I must say they are perfect! I’ve already booked my refill and I have a feeling I will be client for a very long time.

I originally booked a facial and full set of lashes when making my appointment.
They text me the day before and asked to change my appointment time to a little earlier, which was fine.
I arrived on time. After some paperwork and waiting, I was taken back to the «room». I use the term loosely because it’s more of a stall.
My facial was to be first. Janet was the technician and seemed nice enough. But then once starting my facial, she answered her cell phone TWICE. This is so unprofessional! Then it was like she had nothing prepared and kept leaving for long periods to collect stuff. Not only that but she was clanking around everything she was gathering and it really killed the relax vibe I was trying to find. She used some small steamer but couldn’t manage to get it at a right spot or temperature. She was either burning me or I couldn’t feel it at all. I was pretty put off and the facial was nothing grand. She also did no extractions. I would not return or recommend her for a facial.
After the facial I was supposed to have a full set of eyelash extensions. Janet showed me different ones and let me feel them to choose what I wanted. I went in originally off an advertisement they had in a local magazine. I wasn’t expecting to pay the lowest price of 79.99 but I was shocked when she showed me the recommended lashes at $ 250!!! She offered a few discounts but I was already turned off at this point and just ready to get out of there.
Another technician came and she was supposed to do the lashes. She seemed more professional and her English was definitely better. She explained to me the differences etc but I was just done.
I don’t plan to return.

Omg!!! I LOVE MY NEW LASHES! The lashes are super light! I can’t feel that they are even there! Janet Le is awesome! She is so nice and friendly and she does a great job! She did cat-​eye lashes for me, but there are other styles you could do, and you can also go with the natural look lashes! Now, I don’t have to spend so much time on my makeup in the morning, just draw my eyeliner and go! I’m definitely coming back to see her! And I definitely recommend her!!!

10 years ago I was diagnosed to Breast Cancer. The chemo made ALL of my hair fall out, including my eyebrows and eyelashes; both of which have grown back very fine and sparse. I stopped in to check out Entha Lash Studio and was I was impressed. Marjorie took great care of me and gave me the eyelashes I have dreamed of having! I will definitely be back!

This is the only place I have come back to again and again. Ms. Helen meticulously places extensions on every lash she can. My lashes look so natural that even after having surgery… the anesthesia resident asked me, «All the girls in the OR want to know how you get your lashes so long?» Even though I couldn’t open my eyes yet… i whispered «They’re extensions.» Lol

Finally found a nice place to get my lashes the stylist I had was very friendly and actually knew English!!! I felt very relax & loved my lashes

I would give this place 3 stars but it wasn’t a-​ok. First I’ll be honest and say that I was taken on short notice and I couldn’t stay the full hour. That being said, I only needed a refill after 2 weeks. Right eye still looked great, left eye needed some touch up. So Helen really didn’t have much to do. She was very nice and had a very gentle touch. However, I really worried if she could make the application in addition to the lashes that I already had. Something I wasn’t sure about during application was that I thought I heard her cut the old lashes off. She assured me she didn’t but I trusted that the sound I heard was just her removing them. (ok) However, the few that she had to apply within a few days the same eye was becoming bare again. I called and the line stayed busy. I paid $ 50 for a refill. I came in exactly 1 week later asking if she could fix them and she told me there would be a $ 10 labor fee. I’m not a car, since when do spa and salon type services charge for labor? This is a first for me. But it wasn’t done right in the first place. Helen, reached out to me via text to have this discussion instead of calling me. I was a first time customer and she basically told me take it or leave it. So, that being said. I refuse to continue to pay when I never got what I asked for. Good luck! I came here based on the reviews but I’ve had better. She was very nice and that’s about all I can say positive. Look at the pictures. They speak in volumes.

Helen is amazing with Xtreme lashes and brown tint. I needed a last minute appointment for which she stayed back till 9 PM to give me a full mink lash extension set and a brow tint. She is knowledgable about Xtreme products and meticulous about lash application detail. I have become her loyal customer!

I stopped by to see what this place was about while shopping at Randalls (it’s in the same shopping center). They had brochures outside with coupons on it, so I came inside and talked to Helen. I was interested in the eyelash extensions, having never done them before. She showed me before and after pictures of her clients and their lashes looked so long but natural! I asked her plenty of questions to try and understand the procedure, and she thoroughly answered all of them. I felt extremely comfortable and decided to make an appointment for the next day.
It took about an hour and a half, inside a very comfortable setting; and I was given some free gifts afterwards! I am so happy with them and have gotten countless compliments. I will definitely com eback

I’d been contemplating with the idea of getting lash extensions for quite some times. I rely heavily on my contacts n was afraid that the extensions/​process would interfere w/​my vision. I chose Entha after friends shared their experience btwn Entha n other places! I now love love love my new «extremely» natural looking lashes. Strangers have asked if «those are your real lashes» because they look so naturally soft and just «full» enough. The technician took her time in detailing every lash. I highly recommend Entha!
