As a top producing Realtor, it’s great to have a reliable interior design company to refer to my clients. The store has a vast array of style selections to match anyone’s décor preferences! They are professional and friendly. I will continue to refer them to clients who are buying, selling or in between just wanting to make their current home feel new again.

Unfinished business– unprofessional– beware. This firm was incommunicative, lead designer would disappear for weeks at a time. Did not coordinate with builder causing wasted time, energy, materials and money. Had no regard for budget or timelines. This whole experience was a tragic experience. Don’t make my mistake of choosing this firm.
I prefer an organized, calm working environment when making expensive decisions about finishes for our new home. After being made aware of the six figure overage on the quotes, I put the breaks on and let everyone know we would need to regroup and get back on budget. This was met with diva-​style drama and attitude that was shocking to say the least, and utterly unprofessional. On a second attempt to regroup, my email of concerns was NEVER addressed. Material that I had paid for in design was NEVER delivered. Again, the worst experience possible. Enter this relationship at your own risk.

What a rip off. Stay away from these totally unprofessional designers. They come out to earn your business, don’t even bring a portfolio, then spend a bunch of time walking around your house so they can turn around and charge you for absolutely nothing in return. Beware setting an appointment with them, they do not give full disclosure about their charges! Jeanne Garland and her assistant Kelly are only interested in consulting for you so they can charge you. This is the only way they can stay in business according to them. I guess that’s because they never win any bids or do any real design work. Save your money and don’t waste your time with this company.
