Kathy Anderson and her team are the real deal! Genuine, professional, wonderful to work with. They have done several rooms in my home and I can’t say enough about them! Wonderful from beginning to end. Kathy always has wonderful, unexpected ideas. Execution is perfection.

Had gotten a favorable recommendation from my neighbor and needed some help on a small project. Didn’t know if they would be interested in such a small job but they couldn’t have been more helpful. Very professional, creative, and I love how they really helped me to ‘step outside MY box’. Stayed within my budget and helped me plan for a ‘long term’ look. Glad I went in. Best use of my time and money. I would highly recommend them.

This was the event from hell, I would never recommend this group of unprofessional women to anyone. I met with the owner Kathy at my home to lay out our renovation project, when I got to their messy studio, they had the wrong colors, the wrong concepts, it was like they were deaf and never met with me. We overcame that because they came with good recommendations, they must be very old recommendations. We ordered furniture, window treatments, interior painting, flooring, big 50k+ renovations. NOTHING went well, the painter was messy, the window treatments did not fit the window… oopps, we used the wrong measurements. One delay after another and nownthe couch gets delivered and its the wrong couch… really??? They take no responsibility and are horrible to deal with, keepe looking dont stop here.

Have been meaning to stop in ever since they moved into the neighborhood and during my surprise day off the other day I did just that.
I was a bit apprehensive of how I would be received due to the previous review and I could not have had a different experience. I was warmly greeted upon immediately entering. Every employee that I encountered offered assistance and was so incredibly warm and gracious. I was invited to explore the entire store even places that I would not have ventured on my own.
They have an amazing selection of really cool house décor, rugs, pictures, knick knack paddy whacks.
They also have free design fridays once a month where you can meet with their designers.

I visited the place on Shepard at around 3:00 on Thursday. So they weren’t getting ready to close or anything like that. We came straight from the «job site» where we are building our new home. I don’t think we looked like hobos or aliens or anything.
I wanted to get a feel for this groups style and see if I might want to work with them.
Well, no. Three people were busy working on the counter with all the samples. It wasn’t that the display area is a crazy wreck of every style… it was the fact that not one of those busy people could take out 2 seconds to say «welcome» or «hello» or anything. We milled around for at leave 5 minutes, nothing. They were only a half a room away.
Rude! This place is a pass for me.
