Don’t tell customers it’ll be 15 minutes if it’s going to be over an hour. Instead of wasting time waiting we could just go home and come back later. It’s OK to be swamped but just say so. Wow, bullsh*t. It was ready the whole time and never called out our name. We sat there for over an hour for no reason. POS. Hey CVS, go steal a Walgreen’s manual or something so you know how to run a pharmacy you jerks.

This CVS is just awful. I can’t imagine why there’s not more bad reviews. Please please… keep driving and find a different pharmacy. I have to fill monthly prescriptions for my family and tried to fill scripts here a few times out of convenience of the location. If you have hours of time to waste, go ahead and take your script here because even with 5 – 6 people behind that pharmacy counter your still waiting in a LONG line of cars or inside in a line that they just cannot move. Even after two hours they didn’t do anything with my script or bother to tell me not to wait in a 6 car line to pick it up and they offer no apologies just smirks on their faces like its hilarious to not their jobs. Maybe these pharmacists are dipping into medications because they are useless and don’t care at all. ;-) back at ya!

They’ve forgotten to mix my child’s meds twice and actually argued with me once that the medication didn’t need to be mixed. If something’s not in stock they don’t bother to call you in advance so you can try to go somewhere else. When my pediatrician called in emergency breathing medication and a nebulizer she spoke directly to the pharmacist. The young female pharmacist(didn’t get her name) didn’t bother to tell her then they only had half of the order. She waited until I got there to tell me I had to take my sick child somewhere else. When I tried to complain on the phone that maybe she should try a little harder when there is a sick 4 month old involved she hung up on me.

Fair service. Pharmacy staff has lost my debit card once and a second time did not get my child’s medication correct! Eek! I avoid this pharmacy if at all possible but sometimes when your kid is really sick, there’s no avoiding it since it’s in the neighborhood. Just CHECKYOUR Rx and be sure you get your cards back!
