Do not use this business! I reserved a margarita machine thru Sugarland Party Rentals, who took over Mr. Margarita. They rented the machine thru a different company, «Island Express», who delivered the machine. Sugarland Party Rentals acted as a «middleman» and basically charged me double the prices of «Island Express», including a delivery fee! Island Express does not charge for delivery and they were the company that delivered, not Sugarland Party Rentals. I went back/​forth with the lady at Sugarland Party Rentals for 3 weeks via texts. Sugarland Party Rentals was supposed to match Island Express prices and she said she would via texts. I saved all correspondence with the lady from Sugarland Party Rentals. In the end, she reneged on matching the price! Do not use this business for any type of rentals, they are not trustworthy nor do they value the customer.
