I just walked into the store get something to eat. No one would wait on me. So I left and I will not be back!

So I just went to the drive through and sat there for 5 minutes at the sign and my order was never taken… I pull to the window and tell the drive thru employee this. She said«you didn’t order… I spoke to you twice…» In the sassiest urban tone… then proceeded to tell me she would not take an order because it would«throw off the other orders…» Didn’t even apologies or offer any consolation. Awful service

They need to clean their soda machine. Ice looks dirty with black mold all over it. Food did not look very inviting and things just didn’t look very clean overall.

The guy taking our order was a little sketchy. Tortilla soup was almost all broth and very little turkey/chicken. Potatoes were a mixed bag, corn was cold, and Mac/Cheese was alright. Plus they don’t have trays so you have to awkwardly carry your items. 14 tables in the restaurant and 6 occupied, 3 empty and 5 still dirty. Not coming back to this one. All other visits to other stores were much much better. Keep driving and avoid this site.

I usually love this Boston Market for lunch. We came here on a Friday night for dinner and it wasn’t so great. The place was dirty and not as clean as it usually is during the lunch time hours. There was only one person in front of us and we stood in line for about 7 min. They really cared about fulfilling the drive through orders first. The inside patrons came second. There was a girl with extremely long fingernails which came extremely close to the sides which she was filling. Another man was wiping the sweat off of his brow and then proceeded to fill sides as well. No one wears gloves, which I’m not sure was ever customary in the first place but none the less they should. When we sat down to eat my husband found a long hair in his Boston carver sandwich. We left without finishing our meal. The entire experience left us grossed out. We will return maybe next time for lunch instead.

Very poor customer service. There was also a long strand of hair in my food while I was eating my order at home. I doubt I’ll ever order from them again.

We will never come to this Boston Market again! After waiting in the drive thru for about 10 minutes, during which time we were told they were out of dark meat so we could only order white meat. Ok. We finally get to the window and the cashier tells us, it’s going to be 10 minutes because they are cooking the chickens. Great another 10 minutes. We pull around and park as instructed and out walks and employee on her cell phone complaining about how«they are out of turkey, out of chicken, and something else.» I hear this and I’m thinking what are we out here waiting on if an employee says they don’t have items. Needless to say, 10 minutes came and went. Had to go inside(and wait along with several other customers) to get our order. I even saw and heard a driver in the drive thru lane get out her car and ask the others behind her if they could back up so she could leave. Not only did she leave, but the 3 cars that moved also left. Ridiculous.

Great food and quick when you hit the drive thru leaving the mall and want something close to a home cooked meal. I get the oven roasted chicken Mac & cheese with the cornbread and cream spinich

This used to be a great Boston Market but unfortunately It’s gone down hill. The last few times that I’ve been here, the turkey has been dry, the cornbread has been cold and the customer service mediocre. The service is always slow no matter how many(or few) customers are in the restaurant/drive thru. On the plus side, the creamed spinach is still amazing.

Definitely good comfort food. I tend to get the Slow Braised Pulled Pork or the Meatloaf. The tastiest sides in my opinion from this location; the sweet potatoes and creamed spinach. It’s very clean and inviting if you tend on dining in; much tidier than other Boston restaurants I’ve been. Staff is always smiling and genuinely friendly.

I love Boston market, who doesn’t?! The cornbread, Mac and cheese, creamed spinach! Oh man, the list goes on. Unfortunately, as much as I enjoy the side dishes, the main dishes always leave me wanting for more. The pot pie is usually decent, but from my most recent trip, I found the pie to be disappointingly dry. The meat loaf is always pretty amazing too, but again, the tomato sauce is rather watery for my taste. The issue that I have with this specific location is the strangely long wait time. I feel like I’ve always spent at least 15 minutes in line whenever I go in. The drive-thru hasn’t really been any faster either. For a place that has all the food already prepped and ready to go, I find this irritatingly slow.

2 starts for consistently slow service in the drive-thru AND Dine in. 5 stars for food quality. The best part about this place is that the food is healthy and always piping hot. The worst part is their slow, poorly laid-out way that they serve customers. The system should be simple: The cashier/order taker at the Drive Thru should not have to leave his or her cash register area to go prepare food while the customer sits and waits in the car watching the whole chaotic system take place. Employees should either be an «order taker» or «food prep»…not running back and forth doing both jobs, it’s inefficient and wastes time. After placing your order at the drive thru, you still wait 3 minutes before someone comes to the window to acknowledge you because they are too busy scrambling to prepare your plate. God forbid if you have to make a change to your order! You must wait until the employee comes back to the window to be able to speak to them. Case in point: One time at the drive thru, I meant to say mashed potatoes instead of Dill potatoes. By then, the employee had already put my plate together and now has to re-do it because sometimes you don’t get any contact with the order-taker until AFTER they have completely prepared your food and made their way back to the window! I also wonder if the health department is truly ok with employees handling filthy cash, passing credit cards back and forth to then go right back and actually reach over the food service area and prepare customer’s plates with no hand washing in between. No one wears gloves either so isn’t there the risk of cross contamination? What I find interesting is that the«chicken» guy only does chicken! DURING A DINE-in experience, I’ve watched the restaurant get completely full of customers and have seen employees(drive thru and others) crossing over and sometimes literally tripping over each other to prepare plates and clearly overburdened. The chicken guy stays at his post and doesn’t help prepare plates. It’s like he’s told to not move from behind that counter no matter what. We timed our order tonight and it took 7 and a half minutes from the time we placed our drive-thru order until the time our order was passed to us into our car. Our order? a kids mac n cheese meal with dill potatoes and additional Caesar salad. That’s it! Am I the only one that thinks that for the PRICE of their food, they should match it with good, clean, efficient service?

I have eaten at this restaurant several times over the years and I have had a pleasant experience every time. I use to order the Rotisserie Chicken and I recently switched to the Meat Loaf the last couple of times. These two entrees are excellent. I usually order the Creamed Spinach and Loaded Mashed Potatoes as part of my meal and the generous potions are excellent. Several of the other sides look very good to me and I may have to try them some day.

There’s a deal for $ 10 for two half chicken. But they’re sold out and closing early as of 8:00pm. The staff is friendly and fast, but why have a special when there’s no food for the extra customers?

Service was kind of crappy, food like any other BM. I think their food is generally too dang salty so I don’t always like to g to a BM but the husband does. The chicken is pretty good but the $ 6 ones you get at the grocery store is equally good. Big cups for their large drinks though. That’s always a plus!

Thanksgiving 2013 order was a nightmare!!! Stood in the vehicle for over an hour(and counting) to pick up scheduled order. The logistics overall was poorly executed, employees were frustrated due to lack of direction which translated to being rude towards inquisitive and frustrated customers sitting in maze of traffic. The whole experience is unacceptable and we’ll never order for the holidays or any other occasion with this establishment.

As a regular at their drive thru, this was actually the first time in a while that I decided to dine in. The employees were just as friendly as they sounded through the speaker systems. The food tasted just as(if not more) comforting and delicious in their booths as it did on my couch. What turned me off though was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables weren’t wiped, floors were wet, and you could see the trash overflowing from the bins. They also seem a couple steps behind the other Boston Market locations I’ve visited who have upgraded to using metal utensils and actual drinking cups for diners. Favorites to order: Meatloaf, Turkey, Squash, Stuffing, Green Bean Casserole, and the Sweet Potato Casserole.

For fast food, this is as good as it gets. Just had a meal for three(not all for me!) with turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, apples. I cleaned my plate. Turkey tasty, tender, and moist. Potatoes mashed just the way I like them — a tad lumpy. Apples just the right texture and sweetness. Beans even good. I don’t normally like green beans — just choke a few down because they are good for me. I don’t know how they seasoned these beans, but I’d like to know. Food came out super-quick, and interior kitchen and eating area looked clean.

A chain that provides soul warming comfort food! Service is always quick and friendly. I always take advantage of the drive thru! The roasted chicken is delicious. But sometimes the skin can be a little salty for my taste. Mashed potatoes and loaded potatoes are yummy. Mac and cheese is creamy and cheesy. But hands down… that cornbread is amazing! I catch myself eating 2 if not all. They have affordable family meals that are very generous in portion.

When needing something semi healthy on the go, this is could be a pretty good spot. Hardly ever any lines, staff is super nice, alot of healthy items to pick from. Green beans, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, chicken, turkey… With the new Bowls which you can substitute veggies instead of stuffing, this could be a perfect stop to keep you on the trail to a healthy life style.
