Samson Handyman Service

My wife and I have used Samson three times now, and we have been very pleased with them. The first time I used their services was in a pinch. We needed our microwave installed. One of the big box stores could not install it, so I sent in a request, and Mark (the owner) got back to me the same day. Not only did he contact me quickly, but he came out and took care of the microwave very quickly. I understand that this is not typical, but I was very thankful that it all worked out!
The second time we used Samson was for a much more extensive repair. We had an issue with our closet organizer as it had ripped out part of our wall. We didn’t realize that we put too many pieces of clothing for the organizer to hold. My wife also had Samson repair some drywall in our garage, as well. This time my wife worked with Mike (project manager) and another employee. They took care of our repair and made it look as if there had NEVER been an issue there before. Very, very impressed. Mike and his associate did an amazing job with our repairs at this time.
The third time we had Samson out to our house, we had them do a variety of work: replace the rotting wood for our front and back doors, add a bathroom fan to our guest bathroom (including venting it out through the roof), install a timer box for our landscape lights, and install a motion light for our backyard. Yes, all of that was our work order! We had Al as our handyman the third time. He had quite a list of things to accomplish for just one person. Al did a great job getting a lot done the first day. He made sure we had the option of whether he should keep working on the front door issue or to have him come back the next day. That’s professionalism right there. He was right: it was getting cold, so we chose for him to come back the next day. He finished up the majority of the work on the second day. He did have to come back one more time to finish a quick paint job, and to re-​wire our fan that we had him install. We asked Al to change the wiring so the fan (with the light) could work without putting on the big light in the bathroom. He took care of that issue very quickly. Again, we were very impressed.
I promised Mark that I would write a review for Samson because they did a great job. When you contact Samson, know that you will get quality repairs done at your home. They do charge a little more than other places, but they can fix anything that you send their way. We both appreciate their attention to detail, their honesty, and their integrity.
