First in line to be seated at the host stand and host completely ignored us, asked the couple behind us how many and seated them first. We even said something and she still proceeded to seat them. Bad customer service from the start. Left and went next door to Gianna’s Italian. Much better choice and environment already over here.

Our family loves this place! We have been going there since they opened and they have watched our kids grow up. Always good food and the best service. We have many birthday parties here and several other special occasions around the hibachi. We have always been treated well and recommend it highly! The staff loves working there-​a big plus! For a small sushi lunch to a big company dinner Ninja’s is our spot! Thank you all for so many good meals and fun times

Favorite hibachi turned least favorite. I have been coming to Ninja since they opened. At first, they had great food and service. Definitely above average for a run of the mill Japanese hibachi restaurant. However, their food has only seemed to get progressively worse. Today I came in with my party to eat at Ninja. Two of us ordered the chicken. The family seated with us also ordered the chicken. Upon receiving our food, the chicken had a grisly taste to it and both my party and the other party couldn’t eat it. Just horrible! Left us all feeling sick. After both our parties complained to the waitress, she seemed unbothered and gave us 15% off. No apology. Didn’t even take it off our bills. None of us could even stomach more than a few bites. So displeased with the food and attitude.

Everytime I come here I am very happy with my experience. The food is about the same as most others but the service is AMAZING! A while back I took my team (about 15 people) there for an outing. The wait staff was so helpful, even after we all clearly had too much to drink. At the end when we went to pay we had several different gift cards, debit cards and split receipts. The woman at the desk was very patient and showed no sign frustration even though I know she had to be. That was very impressive. I will definitely return whenever I’m in the area.

Eat here often. Not much different than most Japanese steakhouses with regards to menu and prices. Chefs are hit or miss when it comes to entertaining, overall a pleasant experience.

I come here at LEAST ONCE A WEEK!!! very fresh and Great sushi and hibachi!!! I usually get the shrimp tempura, volcano roll & spicy California for sushi they never fail me, for dine in or take out!!! Definitely the best in town, reasonable pricing!!! Customer service is great too and you always get coupons!!!

Always a fun place to dine. I love watching all the fresh food prepared right before my eyes. It’s a bit heavy laden with oil and salt, but still manages to taste delicious. Not prepared for the dieter, but sometimes we just have to let loose and enjoy.

I ate here awhile ago and forgot to write a review about my dangerous experience. I got really sick in the middle of the night after eating at Ninja and I think it was from the tuna rolls. I had explosions from both ends. Management didn’t seem to care after I contacted them about it. I wonder if a lot of other people got sick too because it’s a popular dish. I also wonder if it could have been from parasites because you have to be careful of that when you’re eating raw fish.

So, i am new to the area and it’s my sister-in-law’s birthday so what better way to celebrate but Hibachi. So i thought?!? Apparently the cook at my sister’s table was, as management would explain it, having a bad day. Excuse me?!? What? Oh wow! Needless to say hibachi restaurants come a dime a dozen and this one just lost my vote. I recommend asking about your cook’s attitude/​demeanor so you can make the necessary adjustments ahead of time to ensure your experience is worth it if you decide to visit. I’m so disappointed!

Tableside meal preparation themed restaurants are fun and the food cooked on the Hibachi tastes pretty good. The seasonings are controlled by the Chef so we get his unique touch, even more so in the «show» he brings as he cooks and serves our food. The experience depends upon the chef. We had a good one and he had us laughing a couple of times. My Steak and Scallops tasted good and the fried rice, veggies and noodles were good too. My daughter REALLY enjoyed the fried rice and noodles! Our dinner started with soup and salad and most of us liked both. The salad came with a sweet, creamy house dressing. The mushrooms in the broth soup turned my kids off but I like mushrooms. Once-​a-​year it’s fun to try a place like this.

Worst hibachi that we have every experienced. My husband and I ate here ONCE and ONCE was enough. The hostess was not friendly, our hibachi chef was not nice and hardly talked (normally they put on a show and this place does not do that), and ALL of our food was heavily saturated in soy sauce. Everything tasted of soy sauce and that was it. We wasted $ 60+ at this establishment. We will not be going back.

Came as a party of 8 and it started out nice enough. The waitress clearly didn’t clearly communicate with our hibachi chef that we requested the dinner instead of lunch for two of our guests so the order wasn’t correct and then the filet that should have been cooked medium was clearly over cooked. The quality of the overall meal doesn’t match the prices. Cool for an ok experience but I’ve had better and will prob try another Japanese steakhouse next time.

This place is my new go to lunch place! They have hibachi as well as a dining room for sushi. I’ve only had the sushi so far. Cheap Cheap Cheap lunch specials for both sushi and hibachi, and they give you coupons! The sushi is very good. I particularly love the sexy jalapeño appetizer! Stay away from the rock fish appetizer, it was bland with a pudding tasting sauce. Soup salad and rolls were on point. I also ordered saki and it was strong and filled to the top so bottoms up everyone! Décor is very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that every server that came to our table was a different server. Even the person who took the check was not the one returning it. We never knew who was waiting on us.

Had a birthday hibachi celebration here a few days ago. As always the service was great and entertaining. I ordered the volcano rolls which arrived quickly and were delicious. The same for the spring rolls and gyoza. However, our hibachi food was very bland it didn’t taste seasoned at all. We had chicken, steak, and shrimp. The rice had way too much garlic to taste. I’d suggest only ordering off the menu in the future.

Great place to try delicious sushi rolls. I had them better at matsu sushi in virginia beach but they moved to DC and thats brings me to this place.
Its a bit pricey for what you get but they have creative rolls and thats what i like.

Lol! Definitely was NOT expecting to hear Trap music playing in here on Saturday nite, it was cool until that terrible, horrible, no good, very bad song came on (IDFWU) I was forced to listen to BUT anyway the sushi was pretty good here, could have been better if more effort was put into the presentation. I hear the hibachi is good too but i havent tried it, The plum wine was a bit too sweet for my taste. The service was quick from beginning to end.
** One waitress was extremely nice and helpful, the other seemed to have an attitude with me, laughed at the way I held my chop sticks then started flirting with my surfbort… bihh
