Hands down, best CFA I’ve been to. Out of all the time they’ve been open, they’ve only gotten my order wrong once. Even when the drive thru line looks dauntingly long, they get through it the whole thing much faster than other places take just for one order. The owner is very active during busy times and is so friendly too.

Best CFA location E’va! So kind, great service, always happy! How could you go wrong?

Great service and tasty food! Always super friendly staff who care about quality! The only dislike is the wait during lunch time, they always have a line around the building! My kids love chickfila!!!

Drive thru is very extremely slow! So bad people are getting out of line & going elsewhere! Only one car at the window & a line all the way around the building! Need to pick up the pace!

Probably the best managed chickfila I have been to! Incredible customer service! Food is always consistent, and if you have to wait too long for anything they always make it right!

First, I am big fan of Chick-​fil-​A, their business model, their hiring, and their beliefs. Just going through the drive through is like a breath of fresh air and hope for the future of our country. And you will experience this at just about every Chick-​fil-​A. They are friendly, respectful, and competent. You don’t get that at the drive through at a McD’s any longer.
Although I am now vegan, I always loved the chicken and we always had good experiences at Harbour View and the one in Suffolk. The place is constantly cleaned and the staff is always helping customers. What I also liked is that event he kids meals have a good theme and is not just a crappy piece of plastic toy from the latest crappy kids movie. I remember when they had language CDs and books. Amazing marketing and helpful to parents.
We will typically come here now to celebrate with milkshakes. The family loves them.
The only detractor that I can think of is that sometimes the drive through line wraps around the parking lot and sometimes it is very busy there. Still, the are nice, fast, and patient.
Bottom line is that I have NEVER been to a bad Chick-​fil-​A.

I love Chicken Biscuits however this location comes away lacking in the morning.
Everything wonderful about Chick-​fil-​A is here. Service, cleanliness, speed and food taste. What is lacking is the portion size and temperature.
I hit the drive thru at least once a week because it’s right on the way to work and on the right side of the road. But a big turn off is the small portion of Chicken on the biscuit and the fact that over half the time it’s not hot. A couple of time I have handed the bag back to the server after looking at how thin the serving was.
I am told that all locations have the same stuff to work with but the few times I stopped at the Portsmouth location the Chicken Biscuits are noticeably thicker and always hot.

It almost feels awkward to give a fast food restaurant 5 stars. But when it comes to customer service, food quality and cleanliness, this place does it all exceptionally well.
There hasn’t been a time that I’ve come here and not been served as fast as possible (you can tell these folks are pushing this stuff out like a machine). During their rushes, you can tell it’s all hands on deck. Managers, everyone participates in getting the food out. It’s nice to see some managers step it up.
I have yet to be here where the place wasn’t clean. Considering how often they get hit by a barrage of people, it’s amazing the place isn’t an absolute train wreck.
Food quality wise, its always been hot, fresh and served with a smile. Honestly if this place wasn’t known as «fast food», you wouldn’t consider it that way. They give food quality and service better than many sit-​down restaurants.
Overall, you can’t go wrong if you’re looking for some good, quick food. I highly recommend going here if you’re in the mood for some Chic-​fil-​A

This location is always busy. But it moves quickly and staff are friendly.
I was doing the drive thru this weekend and the lady ahead of me was slow to pull up. (get off the phone!) She proceeded to ASK about swapping something on her coupon. Told no. Then she starts saying they always swap for her and just do it. Over and over the girl said she couldn’t do it at a drive thru and no manager would be able to do it in drive thru. The woman harassed the girl until she just took the order and got her to move on. I wanted to get out and go off on the woman! But she didn’t pull up far. Nope, not enough for my car to get to the order window.
I finally order, and the screen shows the order. I like that. I go to pull up. NOPE, lady is still more than a car length from the next car and the car behind me can’t order now. Again I felt the need to get out of the car… it’s chick fil a… it should be happy.
She got her changed order fast enough. Kuddos to the kid inside who had to deal with her sneaky way to get what she wanted free on a coupon that she couldn’t use. They did right to just get her out of the line! Finally the cars can move up!
If you haven’t had the new grilled items you need to go. Right now. Unless it’s Sunday when they are closed. The grilled sandwich truly tastes grilled from your backyard. They put it on a healthy wheat bun and serve a side of honey bbq sauce that is sooooo yummy! Now they have grilled nuggets too!
The traditional sandwich rocks as well.

So. Let me just say that I eat at this particular chic a lot. No seriously, a lot. This location is about 3 minutes away from the crib, 2 if the only stop light that separates us is green.
Now let me just speak on customer service. Chic fil a nationwide has the most impressive customer service for a fast food franchise restaurant EVER and the college drive location is no exception. Everyone and I do mean everyone is so pleasant. From the manager to the janitor and everyone in between. There is nothing that they won’t to do meet/​exceed your expectations.
Now on to the Pièce de résistance — THE FOOD. good good good mmmmm mmmmm mmmmm about sums it up for me. I’m partial to the chic fil a sandwich with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato and bacon [bacon makes everything better] I dip those succulent, piping hot waffle fries into the finest of prepackaged Polynesian sauces and immediately a smile embraces my face! Oh and for you pork lovers you have not LIVED until you have had a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit — baby this ain’t no ordinary biscuit! I also enjoy the dining room service and the Playland. Yessss, I said it the Playland. Can’t go wrong with a meal hehe folks!

Back in my yute, you could go into say, McDonald’s, and the counter would be fully staffed. There was a plethora of folks preparing food in the kitchen, and the dining room had an attendant and was relatively clean. This was kinda/​sorta true for many of the chain locations.
Nowadays, this is a thing of the past.
Except at Chick-​Fil-​A. They seem to have equated that clean stores, plenty of counter help, and hot quickly prepared food is the business model that equates to a thriving operation.
Yes, it costs a lot of money to have this many people running around behind the counter. Your cost of employees is related as a percentage of your total store sales in a given day. What you are willing to spend directly equates to a portion of your operational costs.
As my friend Edgar says, ‘Yeah. Sure”.
On this visit, the dining room was full. You had to dance around to get into and out of a parking space. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Completely around.
«Yeah. Sure» … there was a bunch of folks working this day. And they had so much business to keep up with it was almost awe inspiring.
We were served hot well prepared food, with a minimal wait. The bathrooms and the dining room were in order.
Name the last time you were able to say that in, say, McDonalds.
«Yeah. Sure.»
Highly recommended.

Can I just say the play place is no man’s land. Kids that are way too tall run wild in there. No big deal. I was a kid giant once, while everyone my age got to play, I had to watch from the chairs. It’s claustrophobic in there. No wonder mom’s and dad’s took their kids to Chikfila. They get a moments peace and the kid is happy.
The food came out quickly and staff came around to not only ask if I needed anything but also offered to refill my drink. Sure, I could have gone up there to do it, but if they’re offering, I’ll take it.
The Cathy’s got it right. I’ve rarely had a bad experience and the employees seem happy. Even if the line is wrapped all the way around the building, I guarantee you service will always be faster than going to another fast food place with a three car line. Great service as always.

Sausage burrito is the best! I have had the sandwich twice in the last month and it is worth every penny. I wish I had taken a picture. This particular Chick-​fil-​A was AWESOME. Very clean, hot and good food. The drive thru service was very quick and the crew worked together as a team. Ill be back!

We’ve never had a bad experience at Chick-​Fil-​A Harbourview. The staff are always super-​nice, friendly, and courteous. I have two young children, and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful. I’ve never been anywhere else where the staff offer to stop what they’re doing to help get a tray of food, drinks, diaper bag, and 2 wiggly children to a table. They consistently check on the tables and see how the meal is going and offer drink refills. And the food… have you had their Chicken Minis??? SO GOOD.
We plan to remain loyal customers of Chick-​Fil-​A for a very long time!

I don’t think you can go wrong with Chick-​fil-​A.
The only downside is that they’re closed on Sunday. Guess what — Sunday is always the day I crave Chick-​fil-​A.
We always want what we can’t have, right?
As I’ve seen with all Chick-​fil-​A locations, they get super crowded during «normal» meal hours. The good part is that their drive through, no matter how long, seems to move along nicely.
