Visited this location on Sunday afternoon! It wasn’t too crowded and the cashier was VERY helpful… as we couldn’t make up or minds! After finally deciding, we say and waited on our food. Booooooooo!!! As recommended by the cashier, i chose to get a shredded chicken Quesarito… NOT A FAN :-(. Everybody that knows me KNOW i love food… so this made me sad! Never again will i get that. .sigh!

this is the worst taco bell i have ever eaten from. horrible service and no customer service on the complaint line. this store has the worst regional manager i have ever witnessed. no stars. npc international can go out of business before i ever eat there again!

Horrible. I love taco bell’s food and this location is my only option due to my busy schedule, but I won’t go there any more. Every time I go there’s something. Tonight After a 25 minute wait in line I received my soggy, mushy, downright disgusting food and couldn’t even force myself to eat it, my drink came with no ice and a top with a split in it, as I’m typing this my warm medium half and half brisk resting comfortably in my lap because of the messed up top. Oh and I spent 10 minutes trying to call them to complain and got no answer after 10 calls. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had the displeasure to waste my hard earned money at.

Have been here a number of times and have given up; now we drive an extra 10 minutes when we get our Taco Bell cravings. The management is poor. Workers are often in the lobby on their phones or in circles talking while one or two people actually work. This is agnostic to how busy they are and even when they are dead, you can expect a 20 minute wait. The restaurant floor is never clean, half the drink dispensers are routinely out of syrup, and if you want napkins you have to dig them out of the cabinet as they never refill the dispensers. Don’t go here.

The irony of this post is that I’ve had 30 minutes to write this review while just waiting in the drive thru line. That is how slow this place is. How is the food? TBD because I haven’t actually received it yet… yes still waiting, and waiting.

I have been going to this Taco Bell for a while now. It is closer to where I love and I like the food. However, I think I may travel a distance to get to another Taco Bell. I have more bad experience than good and thinks it’s time to give another Taco Bell my money. My latest experience was so horrible. I had to wait in a long line just to get to the monitor to place my order. Once I got to the monitor I was told to go ahead and place my order. In the middle of placing my order I was told can I start over because she didn’t get what I was saying. Then when I pull around to pay and receive my food, I sat there for what felt like forever before the girl at the window even looked my way. Once she saw me she fixed my drinks then waited another minute before she opened the window to take my money. She didn’t acknowledge me or said any just told me my total and took my money. Then she took her time to get to an register then she came back and handed me my change and gave me my drinks. She then was passed my food and she asked if I wanted any sauce. I said no so she handed me my bag. Now I wasn’t sure if she gave me all my food or not because she handed me my food and started talking about it’s time for her to get off. She never said have a nice day anything to indicate my transaction was complete. The only reason I knew my transaction was complete was because I looked in the bag and saw I had everything. Now if it were possible to not rate them or give them negative stars I would. Highly dissatisfied so after 6+ years I am finally going to take my business else where.

My son loves Taco Bell. This location was updated a few years ago so the seating isn’t the best. And this location get BUSY. The staff here… ugh. SLOW. And usually food is wrong on some level. The drive through this week was super slow and super busy. I blame the cooks. I’ve learned in drive through to order mostly the same thing. If you get 10 different things it will be wrong. So we got a lot of one item. Worked out well and all was right this time. I’m not commenting on the food. It’s fast food. It’s Taco Bell. My kid loves it though and it’s a treat for him. I’ve been to worse locations so I gave it 3 stars.

Taco Bell is my Mecca for faux Mexican fare. I make a trip at least twice a month. Taco Bell has recently done some remodeling(OK maybe 6 months or so ago). They’ve turned their dining area into sort of a lounge. One side has really low tables and then they have regular booths on the other side. Not a big fan, its like they want to make Taco Bell a «hangout». I just want a comfortable table to eat my chalupa at without having to slouch over a really low table. Perhaps if they added beer to the menu, I wouldn’t mind the super low tables so much. As we all know, food can be hit or miss with chain restaurants depending on who’s on the line making the food and what not. I’ve actually never had a problem at this Taco Bell. I have to confess that I must go in and order because I have to grab my own fire sauce. They only hand out like 2 sauces when using the drive through. What in the world am I supposed to do with 2 fire sauces and 3 tacos? Dilemmas.
