The Children’s Place

Terrible service. Store made a mistake on my receipt and only way they would make correction was to return to store (though they knew I had a small child and Friday night traffic, etc) no exceptions and no accommodation). Could not even return next day. While prices are reasonable customer accommodation was nonexistent. And this, understanding of their customer base poor. Probably will not return there unless totally no other option. They are very good for pajamas however and can’t go wrong with those there.

This store is awesome! There is always tons of stuff on sale, lots of cute styles and a wide range of sizes. They’ve got a great layout that’s easy to shop, with lots of displays and everything is organized into size sections. They often have things that other stores have gotten rid of already because they are ‘seasonal.’ Yeah, tell your 2 year old that. See how well that goes over. But not here! I found a winter jacket the day before we took a trip up to the snow long after all the kids winter jackets were gone out of other children’s apparel stores. I have routinely bought swimsuits the day before a trip to the beach or a pool party. Yeah, I’m that mom. I know. But, hey, when you’re packing early for the trip and you can’t find half the swimsuit, I know I can run over to this shop and grab whatever I need in a hurry.
The staff here are awesome too. They are very helpful, and understanding when you’re in a hurry. They’ve saved me a headache more times than I can count anymore. This is a must stop for easy, quick and inexpensive children’s clothing that’s as cute as it is affordable.
