its quiet, less crowed and you actually can have some alone time. The staff is pretty cool, sometimes I get a welcome and sometimes I don’t. I guess they have their days just like the rest of us.

Love love love the team here! Fast, efficient and super friendly! They memorized my complicated drink and it is always perfect. Main reason I will only go to this location!

Thank you for sustaining my life and feeding me during a bad campaign where I had no time to cook in the mornings. Always friendly staff and happy to help with any request. Top notch establishment for a chain.

Worst Starbucks ever! The staff doesn’t greet anyone and gives you dirty looks as you walk in. Like they’re annoyed you’re giving them business.

The few times I have been here, the baristas have always been polite and gotten my order right with the added bonus that for all of my visits, which were spaced far apart in time, they have brought my coffee right to my table unbidden. While this is something I don’t expect nor request, I’ve yet to see this kind of exceptional service at any other Starbucks location. Good job guys; wish you were on my way more often.

Over the last year, I’ve gone here 3 times on a Saturday between 5:30 and 6:00am. All three times, the door was either locked or I was told they weren’t open yet…“sorry, insert some lame excuse here_​_​_​_​_​” Meanwhile, today when I showed up, the obvious 20-​something who answered the door was smirking and said it was a computer glitch. No, it was that she and her coworker showed up late. Even when I told her I was gong to call Corporate, she continued to smirk (funny isn’t it? You know? When customers show up to spend their money at the time the shop should be open and advertises as open but, oh, well! Who needs customers these days?!)
Last time I go here and likely Starbucks in general. Starbucks has consistently gone downhill anyway — I’ve gotten lukewarm pours, crappy service and don’t get me started on any of their food items (stopped ordering that mouth-​of-​processed-​stale years ago after repeated disappointment). Peet’s Coffee for the win or pretty much anywhere else, including 7 – 11. At least they’re open when they say they’re open and staffed by employees who actually show up for their shifts. Pitiful — and really not worth even one star.

To the girl that handed me my drink, don’t tell me how to order MY drink. Very rude. ⁸⁄₄₁₅ around 1:20… The dude taking my order was very nice tho. 5 stars for the guy and 1 for the girl.

I did not appreciate the customer service. They gave me a wrong order and when I requested for a replacement they gave me everything cold. Plus I guess some employees were in a really bad mood today. I would give zero star of it was possible.

This is a pretty good Starbucks location.
It can get pretty full being on Ventura Blvd but the line moves quick an the staff is on point.
My java chip frappé was great, came out pretty quick and hit the spot on a hot day.
Not my favorite chain to get coffee, but still good enough to keep coming back when the mid afternoon slump hits.

On my lunch ½ I stopped in for some coffee– nothing fancy, just coffee & a salad. Stood there (alone) in front of the counter as the THREE employees chatted and made no contact — no just moment — be right with you, etc. so, frustrated I left. Went down to the coffee bean got great service with my purchase — thank you

It’s probably one of the busiest Starbucks. It’s right next to Ralphs which has a big parking lot. Therefore parking is always available. Friendly service! One of the girls gave me the best tip on how to make the multigrain bagel with cream cheese more yummy. She suggested that I should put honey on the top of the spread. She was right. Later on I found out she was the manager. Great personality! I’ll definitely go back.

Ask them to fix my drink order and got attitude. Not cool Jason! They also burned my croissant. Parking totally sucks!!!

Name recognition* got con man Jeff Johnson, played by Eddie Murphy, elected to congress in Jonathan Lynn’s 1992** film «A Distinguished Gentleman» and still holds today not only to politics but also to products/​branding.
Traffic gods smiling, me speeding just slow enough on eastbound Ventura Boulevard to notice eclectic independent coffeehouses but too fast to pullover and park, I ended up at «the name we all know»,*** Starbucks.
In need of cold, caffeinated not fruity, my friendly barista recommended I try a Frappuccino®. Sold! Calories be damned! I went with a «tall», new on the menu Tiramisu Crème Blended Beverage® and was not disappointed. So filling I skipped dinner and was wired enough to almost catch up on Unilocal.
Grab a seat indoors or a shady table on the wrap-​around, well maintained patio to enjoy refreshments and on-​the-​house wifi.
Easy, free parking in attendant enforced lot, this location shares real estate with a PetCo.

as far as Starbucks goes this is a good one. Just wish it served wine like the other popping up in the deep valley!

Stopped by on a rainy Saturday morning before hiking Echo Mountain; this is my friends’ neighborhood Starbucks. Free parking with validation behind the building — jackpot so far. Also there’s loads of seating in front which is nice.
I ordered a flat white which I’m really kinda excited about since I used to only go to Deus Ex Machina for a flat white. I see you, Starbucks ! The drink was flawless, and we ran into a couple friends before we headed out. Staff was delightful, the drinks were ready in less than 5 minutes even though the place was packed, and I had enough caffeine to reach the top of the hike.
Bring it on, 2015. Bring it on. (Bring that coffee too)

It’s a Starbucks and they are GREAT but no coconut milk like the Beverly Glen center! Free street parking right next to it!

I met a friend at this location earlier today.
I had never been to this location before. What a pleasant experience! I had a vanilla bean frapuccino & the friend had a coffee drink with various shots. The gal that helped us (I forgot to get her name!) was so pleasant, professional & engaging. She didn’t flinch or mumble under hear breath (!) at the friend’s requests on the coffee drink. The drinks came up just the way we ordered them.
I meet friends at Starbucks all of the time near where I live. This gal was so pleasant that I wanted to do a positive Unilocal review for her. I spoke with another employee to confirm that I had correct directions on how to get back on to the freeway to go home. He was very responsive in giving me the correct directions.
I hope that Management will acknowledge this staff, as it was a great experience in going to this location for the first time.

Nice employees, comfortable outdoor patio, music inside is not so loud that it’s distracting like in some other Starbucks stores I’ve been to. There’s some street parking and a big log at Ralphs across the street. If you don’t like the sound of traffic it can get a little loud but that doesn’t bother me. My favorite thing is the free wireless from AT&T.

Always 4 stars for flavor. I went in for a quad C C C. It was awesome and well prepared. There wasn’t too many people in there but it still took a while to get my beverage.
They do say «Good things come to those who wait.»

I don’t frequent this Starbucks that often, but I had a business meeting there today. They have tables outside and good places to sit inside too. The move the line pretty fast as well.
There is metered parking on the street in front, but I find it easier to park in the underground garage — it is free and there are bigger spaces. You just come up the stairs and are right there. There is an elevator as well but you come up at Pet Co.
