Starbucks

Extremely busy location. Long lines and lots of people sit there all day with their laptops. The only perk is that there’s a free parking lot in the back.

This is a pretty ideal location for working or meeting. It’s large with lots of seating options, including outdoor tables. It feels roomy and comfortable, not compact. There is a parking lot. And it’s near the highway. Winner all the way around. Also good for dashing in for a hit of coffee — parking lot is easy in, easy out. Friendly staff and well stocked condiments and food case. Excellent version of the chain.

Best baristas ever! Took the time to be pleasant and have a mini conversation despite being busy Best customer service — will most def be back! Thanks guys!

I really like this location.
When I lived closer, it was either the Burbank location next to the Bob’s Big Boy (big old parking lot, plenty of seating) or here, same situation with great parking and space. Service was always friendly, and I would see some odds and ends here (from Forest Whitaker relaxing in a chair to Jason Mewes quickly making a drink run).
Since my favorite Ralph’s is right here, this was the choice when I needed to pull double duty, and when I found myself back here today, I can see why it’s still a favorite. Even with a line, everything ran smoothly and I wanted to stay to relax but had to head out to work.
This is one of those rare locations where one almost wants to grab a seat and relax all day.

It is Starbuck’s and I only go to Starbuck’s because they have what I get when I am home — it is a comfort thing. It was located nearby and I needed to be in the area for errands and I wanted to relax for a few while I regrouped and decided my next move.
It is the same distance away as another lovely local «mom and pop» I like in the other direction, so if I am going for a cup of joe that is where I will venture to but SBux is always there for convenience.

Ordered the holiday caramel brulee coffe vente and all i got was a vente hot milk. No coffee no caramel. WTF? Will not be returning to this location!

I love this starbucks. Jeremy is the best Barista! He always makes my cappuccino perfectly. I think that its great that they let you order online now. I ordered the other day and my oatmeal and peppermint mocha were waiting for me on the counter when I walked in. Felt like a famous person when everyone looked at me walk in and right out with my order, lol.
This Starbucks is always filled with people in the entertainment business. I have seen a few celebs here so far like Amber Rose. Have even networked while waiting in line. Got a Hair Stylist to sponsor my next hair updo for my next pageant/​bikini competition.

I came here with my rewards card, and they wouldn’t honor my free drink. They said they don’t honor the free drink rewards at this location, and the staff is rude and unfriendly. I’ll avoid this branch in the future.

Holy hell what a BUSY starbucks! Also filled with a bunch of weirdos… more specifically the guys who come in and park themselves ALL day with a 27″ iMac on a 20″ table. Classy.
I guess the upside at this place is the people watching, but having to wait 20 minutes for a Green Tea? No thanks, Ill go down the street to a less busy spot, if ever.

Stopped in after spending several hours sight-​seeing in the area. The parking lot on the backside of this store makes this location easily accessible and apparently very popular. Although the restaurant was fairly full of customers the restaurant staff was very efficient and the orders were filled accurately, I didn’t hear anyone complain about their order.
I agree the place was a little dis-​shuffled but the line of customers coming in seemed endless. The store is well laid out considering the amount of business this place has the entrance before the registers for ordering and an exit on the side near the counter where the products are delivered. The one unisex restroom seemed like an impossible task luckily we didn’t have the need to use it this was really the only downside to this location in my opinion.

Super fast Starbucks. Solid internet. Comfy chairs. Lots of seating inside and out. Friendly baristas. Maybe a star sighting or two, seeing as you’re minutes away from the action. They’re also one of the later locations to stay open, so for those needing a late night caffeine jolt, this is a good option. This is one of my regular spots. Two thumbs up.

For the amount of people on the floor the service was bad. I waited quite a bit in line just to get my fix. I let that slide figuring it’s Monday and everyone is a little off. Waited for my Americano and watched as my shots sat there dead for at least 45 seconds. The barista seemed more interested in moving everything out of the way to wipe counters even though shots had been pulled. Got my drink and walked over to the sugar counter… wow… I can see why this place has negative cleanliness reviews… What a mess even for a former barista myself… I’ll stick to the drive through by my house …

CAN I JUST SAY. This is probably one of the most efficient Starbucks locations I have been to. I go frequently in the mornings, and the line is usually to the door. However, I’m usually in and out in ten minutes. Their online ordering is quick and easy, and they always have it ready for me when I get there. So thankful this Starbucks is so close to my work!

I love this place very close to my house i buy coffee every morning and great staff and clean place one of my favorite sturbucks ever thanks guys

This one in Studio City near the Ralph’s gets really busy, as they all do, but this one is on the smaller side. Big enough parking lot to accommodate, and outdoor seating make this a good location to stop by. If it’s not during peak hours it’s pretty nice, but due to being in a strip mall I wouldn’t call it a good place to relax or get some work done.

This place is a mess!
There was trash all over the floor, the drink counter was covered in spilled liquids, the bathroom was out of order (which sucks for a pregnant lady), drinks were coming over the counter incorrectly (I saw at least three people send their drinks back), and the wait was atrocious!
The guy who rung me up was sweet and efficient. The guy making the drinks was kind of rude. Rude to the customers, rude to his fellow employees. He was on the case of the guy who took my order for not asking me if I wanted the iced coffee sweetened… But he DID ask me, and marked it on the cup.
There were no napkins anywhere either.
This place is good for people watching, but that is about it!

The staff here is very friendly and they seem to work hard but this Starbucks has 2 very large problems:
1) More wanna be writer/​producer assholes than you can shake a stick at. And they’re sitting at all of the very few tables with power cord access for HOURS. And it’s the same fuckers. Every… single…day. I wish to God I had set a time lapse camera up several years ago when this location first opened. Just to see how these motherfuckers aged, still sitting in the same spot year after year.
2) The outside is filled with even MORE writer/​producer wanna be douchebags… but THESE MoFos are all smoking on top of having their very important production meetings. So if you want some lung cancer with your Frappuccino that’s the spot to sit in.
On the plus side, there is a dance studio near by and some of the most absolutely gorgeous women you will ever see in Los Angeles are in and out of this Starbucks like a friggin conga line. Thank you ladies, if it weren’t for you this location would be an absolute zero.

The only reason I am giving it 3 stars tonight is because it’s dirty inside. Crumbs, crumpled up Starbucks pastry bags, straws litter the floor. Coffee stains on the condiment area. I get this store gets busy which is all the more reason they should stay on top of that esp when they have at lease 4 people working.
On the plus side, my drink was made well and staff are upbeat and seem to like each other.

It’s practically impossible not to immediately know a half dozen Starbucks locations off the top of your head. They’re like a hydra — one closes and two more open. That being said, you keep going for the familiarity, and maybe a frappuccino. Overall I’d say service from one Starbuck’s to another tends to hold steady at prompt. They know you’re either rushing to leave, or rushing to grab a seat from the next asshole who’s going to write a screenplay for 3 hours after buying a tall drip.
I wouldn’t even write a review for Starbucks if this one didn’t stick out for being particularly slow. I wouldn’t know staffing requirements, but it seems as though this location is consistently understaffed with baristas who seem overwhelmed. And slow. They need to hire or retrain someone fast because I am tired of using half & half when they run out of every other dairy option regularly.

Great place to get some work done!
There’s a huge outdoor seating area, and inside, there’s nice comfy chairs and plenty of tables. Definitely bigger than your normal sbux.
This location is also located in a plaza with a few food places if you don’t like Starbuck’s food.
