Idk why people are complaining. You know what you’re getting ordering from here. It’s cheap and decent pizza. If you want quality food then go pay at least 20+ bucks for a pie (I’m pretty sure you don’t want too). I use to work in a fast foot place so maybe I understand. Sometimes it’s busy and it’s understandable specially during any given night and specially weekend nights. I always get my food right even though it might take a while. As everyone I always get their special $ 5.99 and can’t never go wrong with that. Love the food and love the service. Thank you!!!

This place is the worst. I’ve ordered from here twice and both times, the food is horrible and cold. I live 3 minutes away. Won’t be ordering from here anymore.

I ordered 6 large pizzas online for a 4:15 pickup. Every pizza was right and the girl who was handling phones and pickup was very sweet.
I usually wouldn’t comment for a simple Dominos order, but a job well done with nice customer service is certainly worth a few minutes of my time!

Really rude over the phone. They directed me to another dominos even though they’re two blocks away. Overall treated badly on the phone.

My boyfriend and I ordered from this location a few days ago and were so pleased with the service. The girl who helped me place the order over the phone was a delight and the food was delivered even quicker than they said it would be. :) Tres delicious. Thanks guys!
The only negative comment I’d make, which I don’t want to, is about their chicken wings. Too soggy/​squishy and that’s not how one should be describing hot wings lol.

I’m giving this 5 stars because you know what your getting when you order a Pizza. It’s not going to be the most amazing pizza, but it will do. The Staff at this Dominos is the friendliest I’ve ever seen! They must really enjoy working there and you can tell by their attitudes. I really felt welcome when I walked in. My pizza was good; however I did get the boneless chicken for the first time, and I wouldn’t recommend them. They were a little too low quality even for Dominos. Basically just frozen chicken that tasted like frozen chicken. Live and learn though stick with pizza and bread sticks.

I ordered a vegetarian with pepperoni on top because I love veggies but I also love pepperoni. When I opened the pizza box it wasn’t what I ordered. I called them immediately, Victor stated that when someone orders a vegetarian that is what they usually get and that I SHOULD have been more specific. I asked them, «well how many types of vegetarian pizzas do you have?» He then stopped being so defensive as I asked him to research my history he would see what I’ve ordered in the past– unfortunately they only keep a couple of entries which as my orders were completely different it didn’t help my case and he pointed that out– I stated that I had ordered those when I had company and it wasn’t my usual order. Victor then apologized as he should have asked to be specific and gave me the option of having a credit or waiting another 30 – 40 minutes and it was already late. So I picked off what I thought was goat cheese but Victor corrected me and stated it was feta and what I thought was spinach was basil– that being said, when he asked me what was on my other vegetarian I stated bell pepper, onion, tomatoes-​when I was interrupted and he said, «well our other veggie doesn’t come with tomatoes!» Seriously, if I thought basil was spinach and goat cheese was feta are you really going to burn me over the coals for confusing tomatoes with perhaps something else? I was a bit put off, however, he did credit my next pizza so as long as I call from my phone and that’s cool– but seriously, I’m not trying to heist a free pizza and that late at night the selection of eateries are slim pickings this was why Domino’s was called in the first place.

This place is ridiculous… managers blame their wrong orders and slow deliveries on the customer. Pizza left the store and 30 min later it shows up to my house cold… I get them to remake it only to deliver a pizza with the wrong toppings… This is my fault how outrageous. Never again this store needs to be looked at by corporate.

The employees were so rude! They barely spoke proper english and I had to ask them to repeat themselves way too many times on the phone. Placing the order that should’ve taken two minutes took ten minutes. Then when they arrived they had the wrong order and were being completely uncooperative about fixing the situation.
They FINALLY agreed to bring the right pizza… And brought the EXACT same pizza back. They must’ve driven around and came back with the same way… So stupid.
I will never EVER order from this place Again! They seriously need to get employees who can communicate with customers efficiently ! This was such a frustrating experience.

Dry/​Burnt pizza more than once. Manager tried to tell me because it’s been sitting out for 30 mins that that was the reason why it looked like that. I KNOW what a cold pizza looks like vs dry/​burnt pizza… it was CLEARLY dry/​burnt! Had them re-​make it and guess what? it was yet dry/​burnt AGAIN! I had already paid for it and was starving so i just took it but it was honestly the shittiest pizza ever. Don’t order from this location if you can help it. Bad customer service too on top of that.

Good pizza, good prices. Location isn’t the best, small parking lot with limited spaces. You can get your car valeted for free during lunch but they’re still expecting a tip. You can only turn right when you exit, so it sucks if you live to the left. I never had a problem with rude employees, and actually they screwed up my order once and had to redo it, so they offered me free wings for having to wait longer! Order online if you can because they have better deals!

Hell’s yeah. This is a great Domino’s. I really enjoyed the new recipe for the crust, ordering online is great as you get to watch what’s happening with your pizza and you don’t have to talk to anybody, and delivery was always quick. I really enjoyed ordering from this Domino’s.
Usually Henrry (or Hennry I can’t remember) would do the pizza according to the online ordering system info and he only failed me once on the pizza inspection as far as toppings go. Which is great b/​c I probably ordered from here at least 30 times in 2 years. I definitely recommend this place and it’s one of the only places I could find in California where the pizza crust is not paper thin. WTF CA?
