This has been a favorite location for so long, but after my last 3 visits I think it’s time to own up to the fact that it’s just not what it used to be. The staff is great… but their ingredients are not. The food quality is a hit or miss because of the cheaper ingredients offered now as opposed to before. The garlic offered now is a definite downgrade, their tomatoes — let’s not even go there. I’m going to get dramatic in here and quote this: «NOTHINGGOLDCANSTAY» Sorry, Pizza Rev… you passed your prime.

We have been going to Pizza Rev for a while now and the quality really has gone downhill as of late. We order from Pizza Rev because my husband is gluten and dairy free and this has been a great option for him, but the last two pick ups have been very disappointing. Tonight’s pizza was to be ready at 7:15pm so that’s when he arrived. Clearly the pizza had been ready for quite a while as they took it out of the delivery warming bag and not only was the pizza and toppings thrown all over the inside of the box but it was stone cold. Worst pizza I have ever had from them! I am giving two stars because it was once a great pizza but now-now I think I will go back to making my own GF pizza at home. So disappointing.

Gluten free crust is so much better than the standard crust. Cooked extra crispy extra cheese and all the meats, love the meatball. Always great service when we come here. We prefer this location over Burbank because it’s a lot easier to get in and out.

I was really impressed by the pizzas that we got at this place. I’m more of a Chicago style pizza enthusiast, but since those are hard to find way out west I’m always on the search for good alternatives. Lots of places feature thin-crust pizzas of generally mediocre quality. PizzaRev, however, made us some really excellent food. We didn’t go crazy on the toppings, which I think helped us fully appreciate the crust and the cheese. The crust is really very thin, but didn’t have that dry texture that often plagues other thin-crust or flatbread pizzas. The tomato sauce just the right combination of salty and sweet, and the cheese was fresh tasting and also not too salty. Even though we got takeout, by the time we sat down to eat it about 15 minutes later, the crust was still crisp. Overall, this was a very satisfying first experience with this place.

Recently I feel like the quality at Pizza Rev has really gone down. The past couple of times I’ve been it’s really been a hit or miss with the quality of ingredients and the service. My sister, who loves cheese, thinks that they weigh their pizzas down with cheese and it’s really boarding on too much cheese. Anytime I make an online order and say«light or easy» cheese, I feel like I get about a pound of cheese on my pizza. And the last time we were there, my pizza was just okay, but it was my sisters pizza(BBQ Chicken) that was pretty awful. The chicken tasted like weird frozen Subway chicken and we ended up picking it off and giving it to our dog, who also turned her nose up at it, and she’ll eat just about anything. During our last visit the service was insane. People were jumping the line complaining about their«overcooked» pizza and having one of the guys drop everything to remake this guys pizza. The guy proceeded to go to his table and eat his«overcooked» pizza while waiting for his new one. No one seemed to bat an eye that he not only jumped in front of a very long line, but he was taking advantage of them because he claimed this pizza too was over cooked. I guess third times the charm, and you get free pizzas! Anyway, besides that, there are a couple of people who just don’t seem to care about the work in front of them. I think I’m ready to find a new build your own pizza place. I really loved this place in beginning but the past few times have really been mediocre. There’s also a weird smell every time I walk in. It kind of smells like a bathroom and cheese.

First time here and the staff was BEYOND friendly and helpful!!! My boyfriend and I had a complicated order because we like different toppings but the employees didn’t show any frustration. Also very nice and clean on the inside! And of course the pizza is amazing!

Yummy pizza, quick and cheap! They even have vegan cheese for just $ 1 extra! Super friendly service: Steve always welcomes you with a smile, Jimmy doesn’t mind my obnoxious amount of toppings, and Ariel always gets my pizza just right(a little crispy) Really appreciate the staff here.

My first time at PizzaRev. I had heard good things but was a little skeptical of a ‘Chipotle for Pizza’ as my friends had said. The pizza was good and fresh and it was super fast. A really good idea for your work lunch.

This is a great place to visit on a cheat day from your diet. I have been here three times and the food is always consistent. You can not go wrong with putting your own unique pizza together. They have lots of ingredients to choose from and the taste is absolutely amazing !!! If you want a great pizza this is the place to go!!! Perfect Price!!! Perfect Pizza !!!

Always great pizza! Make as many combinations as you can think of. This is my favorite location and I’ve been coming to it since nearly the time it opened back in 2012. Always clean and the staff is friendly. The recently had an anniversary special — $ 5 pizzas and lines were out the door that day. My faves — 1. Pesto and white sauce base on the pizza. Actually saw that suggestion here on Unilocal first from another customer. Pizza’s are only around 8 bucks. 2. They run 2 happy hours at this location, an earlier around 6 and one after 8:30PM. «A Perfect Pair» is an entire pizza and a beer for $ 9.99. Great deal and it’s one of my faves! 3. Cute artwork on the walls with a dog and a cat posing near pizza and the cat trying to reach up and grab it! 4. They support local causes and schools and care about giving back to the community. Go check it out!!! It’s yummy and you won’t be disappointed. :-)

First I thought, it is just another pizzeria. Well I was WRONG! Super cool idea, order your own pizza and topping. It’s like Subway but you order Pizza. Choice of two doughs, unlimited fresh topping, cool and friendly staff. Inside and outside place to seat, reasonable price. Good timing for waiting, I believe it will take longer once the line in front of you is longer. It is a five star place in its own level. Great experience.

How long does it take to wait in line and pay for your order at this Pizza Rev location? Apparently, close to 20 mins especially when you only have a few other people in front of you… I’m a regular at Pizza Pielogy and I love the Pizza Rev in Burbank but rest assured this will be my first and last time at this location. The pizza overall was pretty tasty but later that night my stomach wasn’t agreeing with me… Apparently, the girl who was spreading the sauce on the pizza is either new or she doesn’t know what efficiency is especially when there is a long line… It doesn’t take that long to spread the sauce on the dough. I felt like she wanted to carefully do it however… Dude. It’s just sauce. It’s very easy to spread the sauce and still be efficient while not holding up the line… I felt like the people who were putting on the toppings were waiting for her and often times can be seen just twiddling their thumbs and waiting. I’ve never waited 20 mins from start to finish to choose my pizza toppingss and then proceed to the register. Ridiculous… JY

Argh. This is not really pizza. The dough tastes nothing like real pizza dough. I love the concept which is basically design your own pizza a la Chipotle but its airport food, strike that, it’s 90’s airport food. If you really want pizza… go to a real pizzeria. They are literally everywhere. I don’t understand this corporate, mall attraction to mass production food. It makes no sense to me at all. I went begrudgingly with some people from work because they wanted to try it out. I’m never returning.

I have been avoiding this place, as I totally judged a book by it’s cover, but I have to be honest. I really liked it! and the price?! I mean come on! The perfect sized pizza made right in front of you! I decided on the regular crust, and vegan cheese. It’s Daiya brand so it’s good. melts perfectly. I then loaded it up with almost every veggie they had. I figured they would stop me, but he kept on complimenting each choice I had him pile on! He loaded my 10 pound pie into the brick oven, and we went our separate ways. The entire staff was friendly. I liked that. They joked back with you, and made it fun. I will certainly be back to the Studio City store specifically but I encourage you to try your neighborhood location!

I got lucky when I was here on a Saturday night as the crowd was minimal. Anyway, they make a tasty little $ 9 pizza. The sliced sweet sausage is great. The red onions were nice and strong. Very good service from all. Fun is allowed, so It’s a good place for kids to yell and scream.

Got greeted as we walked in, service was quick and friendly! Put extra of all the toppings(I asked for extra but sometimes other similar restaurants put an extra ‘sprinkle’) asked for it extra crispy– MMMM one of the best pizza rev pizzas I’ve had! Cashier made an effort to say goodbye as we headed out! A+ for their customer service, and it’s not the first time I’ve enjoyed my Pizza Rev experience. KEEPIT Up :)

I wanted to hate PizzaRev… I mean… it’s PIzZA after all… the carbs, the fat, the calories, the instant waistline boost… But I CANNOT It’s delicious, good service, gluten free, organic and vegan options available — pizzas can be totally personalized — and the crust is PAPER thin. Reasonable prices and yummy yummy yummy. Damn you PizzaRev. Why do you have to be so good?

Pizza is my favorite food and I’ve been wanting to go to a «craft your own» pizza place for years. This Pizza Rev is pretty close to my house, and I finally found the opportunity to go last week. First of all, it’s such a good deal. A whole pizza, with unlimited toppings, for $ 7.95! Crazy. I also LOVE thin crust pizza, so that alone makes me love Pizza Rev. All the ingredients were so flavorful and fresh. I thought all the employees were very nice and helpful. My pizza didn’t take long to cook at all. I ate half and saved the other half for later on in the day. The location is great and there was plenty of seating. I also ordered a red velvet cake truffle that was delicious! They also serve beer and wine which is great! I will definitely be going back here! $ 7.95 for lunch and dinner? You can’t go wrong!
