All Office Cleaning

A business with HORRIBLE customer service.
Our office loved the first cleaning and would have loved to have them back, but things took a turn. What was once All Office Cleaning is now Office Cleaning Techs.
We received an e-​mail with an invoice for a day of cleaning where nobody showed up. Everything was still dirty and dusty. We called the office on Monday, only to have the receptionist take down a message for the manager to call us back regarding the issue. Not even 5 minutes after we left a message, we get a phone call from Paul. We knew it was him because we have caller ID and nobody in the LA area has a 949 area code. I pick up with our office greeting and I hear silence on the other end. I hang up and call him back. No answer, left a message.
After not hearing back all day, we decided to e-​mail them about this issue as well. A day later, no response or call back. However, we get a statement in the mail for the services not rendered. We were furious! Called back very upset and was told again by the receptionist that she would forward our message to the manager. 2 days later? Nothing.
Called back one last time on Friday informing them we will not be paying and would like our office key back. 2 weeks later we get an envelope with our key inside. No phone call, no e-​mail. I feel the need to warn others to avoid this headache!

Called this company a couple times (forgot i called them the first time) to inquire about cleaning for a couple apartment buildings that i manage and own. Two of the properties have enclosed hallways and one property does not. One property has a trash shoot and the other two do not… figure this kind of information was important to them being that it is things that need cleaning or attention… no?
well Paul and some other guy where incredibly rude. I spoke to two of them as i was shocked at the response i got from the first. I gave them my name and location of the properties and even these details… their response was simply silence. think they were focused on something else… not sure but i had to get Paul’s attention again.
I am not about to work this hard to pay people to keep my buildings clean… figure this is how they make money, thought there would be a bit of professionalism.

I am very pleased by the service this company offers. They not only do a great job but also provide us with all the paper products and soap for our restrooms. Their quote was much better than others I received and I am completely satisfied with their service.
Their employees show up on time and do the work required in a professional and efficient manner. We are very pleased with the improvement of the cleanliness in our workspace and restrooms.

Great service from this company and it’s employees.
I hired them in late July to handle the cleaning of our L. A. County offices/​bathrooms. No problems so far.
It’s been very cost effective, and our offices look great.
Their employees show up on time and do their work right the first time.
We can focus on what we do best, rather than worrying about toilet paper in the bathroom and the trash under our desks.
