Towers Quality Cleaning

We recently moved from Ventura to Simi Valley and used Towers Quality Cleaning to do our post-​remodel/​pre-​move in cleaning as well as to do the final cleaning at our place in Ventura. For the pre move in clean, Towers arrived with a two person crew and a supervisor, they walked the house with me and paid careful attention to my areas of concern. They asked questions rather than making assumptions and that is huge with me. The cleaning was exceptional and we were ready to move into our new home with everything sparklingly clean. The move-​out clean at our old place in Ventura was a rough situation that Towers made better. Our usual cleaner flaked out on us at the last minute, and I called Roxana at Towers at about 8pm the night before I needed the cleaning done. She doesn’t typically go as far as Ventura, and she didn’t have a crew available but she said she and the business co-​owner would do the cleaning themselves. And boy, did they! They did an incredible job and as a result, we are getting our entire deposit back. I am now using Towers for cleaning our new home every other week and I am so grateful to know I can leave everything up to them and just enjoy my house in a clean and orderly state. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team.
