This was my first time eating at this location. Service was friendly and attentive and the food was good. No complaints. Next time we are in the area, we will go again.

I’ve eaten here about a dozen times over the past 2 years and the food is very consistent. Service however is hit or miss, I’ve had great and I’ve had horrible. Had one bad experience finding quite a few hairs in a desert and the manager recognized my face and handled it very professionally. I’m sure I’ll be returning.

I ordered a Shirley Temple for my daughter however it came without any cherries. I asked our waitress if she could bring us some cherries and this is what we were given. I couldn’t even stay at this point.

I liked the cabernet savighon that was served for a tasting experience and my water with lemon… that was all. I’m sorry but my food was so tasteless and the meat they use in the sauce was terrible. Bread was dry and salty salad was soggy and taste less and my stuffed mushrooms and calamari appetizer was the most terrible mushrooms and calamari I could have ever had I would have done ten times better making this myself! Two starts are for the server she was great and the drinks that was it!

This Olive Garden is good as far as Olive Gardens go, but they don’t really go very far in the taste department. Service here is great, but the food is mediocre. It is either doused in a cream sauce(and who wants the subtle flavors of seafood to be coated in a cream?), or it is carbohydrate city. The breadsticks are as foul as they’ve been for a decade. They do have some decent wines and if you’re okay with the food(or at least know what you’re getting), it can make for an acceptable meal — but nobody wakes up the next day thinking about how awesome their Tour of Italy was, or about how much they long for a spear of cardboard bread from the OG.

So dinner got off to a rocky start. First the server took a while to get to my table. Probably because it was a Friday night. But then when we told him that we were hungry and ready to order, he said he needed to get his book. Came back took our drink orders and then left without taking our food order. We explicitly told him that we were ready to order our food and yet he still left to put our drink orders in. But then the night got better as dinner progressed. Our server came back and took our order right away. He was attentive to our table throughout dinner service. Even going so far as to make another lot of coffee when they ran out. The food is like any other Olive Garden. But it was very tasty. The place is clean and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. There’s plenty of parking as it’s located in a shopping center. Wouldn’t mind coming back again if we are in the area.

This Olive Garden always seems to be understaffed. Open tables, but they can’t seat you–«we don’t have servers for that area.» Long waits to get seated. Poor management. Once seated– more long waits. Arrived at 3:00. Got the bill at 5:00. Server was hustling, but it was obvious that she was handling too many tables. Food was good, though served piecemeal. While we waited, played a trivia game on Ziosk– surprised that we we’re charged for a «game» that we wouldn’t have played had we not been sitting… waiting!

It’s your very typical Olive Garden. Haven’t visited in a long while, but it was the same overall experience from the past. Not that this is a bad thing. If it isn’t broken… don’t fix it. Enjoyed the current deal, bottomless soup/salad/bread sticks. Good quality as always. Tried the new app 5 cheese fondue. The cook even came out to visit us and get our feedback on the new app. The décor is what you expect from a standard Olive Garden(again a nice thing, OG, is a nice place), but considering that this one has been around awhile I’m always impressed at how well maintained it is. Looks new all the time, super clean. The new ziosk trend that Olive Garden has joined in on is interesting, the future I suppose, and though I’m technology savvy, I’m not sure how I feel about having a large tablet on my table flashing adds at me all the time. «So just turn it around then Nick.» I can hear you say, but then I turn it toward the other table sitting very close to me so those people can have two tablets blasting adds at them… I’m not that guy. :-)

Food was good. Wait time to be seated was good about 10 minutes. Server was nice but very slow. Only 4 of us in the party and it took 2 hours to eat. No desert was ordered because the kids fell a sleep at the table. We came in just before 7pm on Friday July 10th, it was after 9pm when we left. 25 minutes just to get the check. I was going to give it 3 stars because of the food. Service SUCKS! Would not recommend it unless you don’t mind the long wait.

Usually this place is decent for a fast food Italian place. I wish I took a picture of my boyfriend holding his whole serving of pasta with his fork. He complained and they said it’s the type of pasta!?! Well they brought another serving to him and it looked normal. My portabella Alfredo was dry and tasted like it was sitting around all day. The best part of the meal was the salad. Server was not the most pleasant. We both got sick when we got home. Will NEVER go back!

Olive Garden is one of those staple chain restaurants that you go to because it’s familiar, convenient, and inviting. After a long day, my husband and I decided to have dinner here because of the family-friendly atmosphere and of course the«unlimited» breadsticks and salad. When we arrived, there was a large party waiting to be seated but luckily because there was only two of us, we were seated right away. The service in the beginning from the hostess to the waitress was efficient and friendly. The breadsticks were warm and tasty and the salad was good but our pasta dishes were mediocre at best. My husband’s lasagna was just chunks of ground meat and lasagna noodles in a red sauce with no flavor. My fettuccine Alfredo was warm pasta with a white sauce also with no flavor. Very disappointing. While our waitress was really friendly, I was only a quarter way(about 10 mins into my main dish) through my meal when she was already asking me if I wanted a box for my dinner! I felt like we were being kicked out of our table and we had just gotten our dishes! A few minutes later she came by to collect the«unlimited» salad from our table. At that point my husband and I just asked to get our meals packed and headed home. After we paid and got up to leave, the friendly waitress seemed to no longer acknowledge that we were customers nor did the people at the front; no «thanks for coming in!» or «see you again!» That’s alright: because for the high prices Olive Garden charges, you’re better off eating at a real Italian restaurant and, chances are, this chain won’t be seeing me again.

I actually think the Olive Garden has stepped up their game recently. We came here with a large group the other day and had to wait for a table. You always have to wait for a table but it wasn’t too bad. We were seated and we had 2 waiters working our table and they were incredibly efficient and every single item was served in a reasonable amount of time. Nice work, guys. We had breadsticks at our table within a couple of minutes of sitting down. The breadsticks are awesome; I don’t know what the heck they spray on those things but they’re great. I’m also a HUGE fan of the Olive Garden salad. The dressing is awesome and you can even purchase it to go. It’s not the healthiest dressing in the world but that’s also probably what makes it taste so good. It’s actually one of the better pre-meal salads you can get. Unfortunately, for me, the breadsticks and salad is the Olive Garden’s biggest strength. I had a piece of salmon for my meal and the menu said it was served with broccoli. When I got my dinner, someone decided it would be better for me to have asparagus rather than broccoli. Oh well. I’m not a fan of sending dishes back so I just went with it. However, I do prefer broccoli to asparagus. Anyway, the salmon was actually a decent size and it was cooked well. No complaints from me there but it wasn’t anything over the top. My wife had chicken parm but it’s a pretty ordinary dish. I’d do the salmon again, though. Service can obviously be hit or miss at any chain but we had great service on this day. I didn’t have any apps because the salad and breadsticks are enough for me. This particular location is in a pretty busy strip mall but have no fear, there’s plenty of parking. This is also definitely a newer Olive Garden.

I have visited Olive Garden many times, I usually stick with the baked parmesan shrimp because I just love it so I don’t want to try anything else sorry. Husband changes it up every time we go. I have always had great service from Olive Garden and great food to boot.

readers watch out! the bad reviews about olive garden are being removed and put in a category stating that the reviews ’ didn’t make the cut”. this is baloney!!! my experience with OG was terrible and my review is below in the other category. I even got a response from Chris at the olive garden wanting to make good on the meal. well… I do not want a free meal and I don’t want to have anything to do with OG food. like I said before, the lasagna was slop on a plate masked by cheese. its the scrapings from the bottom of the pan. in my opinion, the chef cares NOTHING for the patrons. the sheer gall to allow something like that to be served is an absolute disgrace. This review is based on my two visits to this Olive Garden for their current promotion«Buy One Take One». Olive Garden food is consistent and good. On both trips I ordered the Mezzaluna Ravioli with Five Cheese Marinara to eat at the restaurant and the Fettuccine Alfredo to take home. They Ravioli were very good, but on the second visit they had a little too much garlic. The Take One is packaged and cold for your refrigerator an is microwavable. Very good. On the first visit the service was slow and the waitress very inattentive. On the second visit, the waitress Amy, was excellent. On the second visit I also ordered the peach sangria. I highly recommend it.

Food wise its just OK. Olive Garden never made anything that stood out. But the service was 5 stars! But since Unilocal is about food, I officially rate this place a 2 stars.

Chicken Scampi and Stuffed Chicken Marsala are my absolute faves. I was a little disappointed when they removed the Chicken Gnocchi Veronese from the menu couple years ago though. Italian Margarita is a delicious choice of cocktail when visiting the Olive Garden. The numerous amount of times I have been there I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience. The only thing I am not a fan of is the tilapia dish and the stuffed mushroom appetizer.

Came here around 3ish with a group of 11 on Saturday after doing a Treetop Adventure in CBK. We were seated very quickly, our waitress moved very quickly and for a bunch of hungry people, I think our food came out pretty quickly! The cheese balls with the marinara sauce was pretty good, the garlic breads were a bit salty but still good, the chicken flatbread was also yummy, the salad was too saucy on the bottom and the chicken soup was not thick enough. I ordered the five cheese ziti al forno $ 11.95 and like last time i was at a OG, by the time it arrived, I was full from all the garlic bread! I ate a little corner then took the rest home; it was good besides the fact it got cold real quick. It hadpasta in a five cheese marinara sauce, baked with a layer of melted Italian cheeses. The boyfriend had the Tour of Italy $ 16.50 Homemade lasagna, lightly breaded chicken parmigiana and creamy fettuccine alfredo. The lasagna was cold inside, I wasn’t really a fan of the alfredo but the chicken was okay. At the end of it all, spour waitress asked if we wanted to have the check slit which was bery helpful and off we went!

Let me preface this review by saying that I live in Hawaii, and the closest Olive Garden is 4000 miles from my house. I am spending my summer in the Pocono mountains, close to two cities(New York and Philadelphia) with bustling Italian markets. I am barely 30 minutes from New Jersey, where I am pretty sure I could find something tasty. Unfortunately, my current schedule has me going to none of those places, but staying here instead. A quick lunch with my best boy was all I could find time for this week, and when I asked him where he wanted to go, he smiled and said«Olive Garden!» See, Hawaii is goofy. We have an amazing assortment of foods. Walk into any mall food court and find Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, even Pilipino stands. Good luck finding a burger stand or a pizza shop that is worth a second visit. My last plate of pasta from an Italian restaurant featured kimchi.(YUM, by the way!) What we don’t have, though the invasion has begun, are a bunch of chains. We get the tv ads, but not the actual restaurants. Makes no sense, but Hawaii is crying out for all you can eat salad and breadsticks. Which is why we ended up in this museum of mediocrity. The décor is as bland as the food, with the main«color» being beige. Beige walls, tan booths, white soups. Nothing to offend, nothing to recommend. The salad was fresh, and had I remembered to ask for the dressing on the side would have been perfect. The breadsticks were warm, and the calamari was tasty. The soups were even not-bad-at-all. Had we stopped there, it would have been a good enough lunch at a reasonable price. Sadly, we had also ordered chicken strips, stuffed mushrooms, and«Shrimp Scampi Fritta» all of which were left behind. I was also served the saddest looking cappuccino I’ve ever seen, and I’m including roadside cups from rest stops. At least those styrofoam cups are honest about themselves. I’d suggest ordering the regular coffee, but my son sent his freshly brewed pot of decaf back, as the taste was weak. He was offered a fresh pot, but the way the waitress said«Oh, my, he has discriminating tastes!» told me not to bother. tl;dr– Order the unlimited salad and breadsticks, dressing on the side, drink water.
