I wanted to say nice things because the staff was pleasant (though I was annoyed I couldn’t check out one of the phones because they were using it to watch a football game). However I can’t say anything nice due to the fact that despite my being there for ages (my fault, too much data to transfer) not one of the three employees I spoke with bothered to mention that if I did choose to upgrade my phone I would lose my unlimited data plan. I would never have opted to upgrade my phone if I knew I would lose that plan.
