Went here last week with my mom and sister. The location is excellent, especially on a nice day(but it was cold and rainy), I’m sure during the spring/summer time it is a great spot. When I walked in, thought this place was closed, because the place was empty and there wasn’t a hostess nor a waiter in the dining area. After a minute the waiter came out and seated us. We ordered a couple of sandwiches and a chicken entrée(my meal). The food looked good when it came out. The sandwiches were big(too big) as it started to fall apart. Half of the chicken meal was good, the other half appeared undercooked. I showed the waiter, he thought it was only one part that wasn’t good, but it was the whole cut of chicken. Said he’ll let the Chef/cook know. So when the check arrived, I was expecting a partial discount for the undercooked chicken. But nothing, so that means I will not be returning to this place while visiting Ct.

I ordered a small Riverview Salad, a Snapper Reuben and a Key Lime Pie. Of course, all accompanied with wonderful waterfront seating. The salad was fresh, light and tasty; ordered with a honey balsamic dressing it was a perfect first course. The Snapper Reuben was such an oddball that I had to try it, and it delivered. It ended up being one of the best fish sandwiches I’ve ever had. The Key Lime Pie was very delicious and a good choice for dessert considering the beautiful sunset view accompanied by the location. All in all a great place for lunch or dinner. The service was fantastic and the bistro itself has a wonderful location. The bar also looked great, for anyone looking to dine indoors and the banquet facilities also looked prime. Really a great location, will return soon. Highly recommended.
