It’s nice to know there’s honest and kind people still in this world. I called and had a few questions and needed help with my washer repair and they took time out answered them and sold me exactly what I needed come to find out it was just some bad capacitors Thank you great people to deal with so look no further this is where you want to go.

They came on time, were pleasant to deal with and they fixed our LG under warranty by replacing the circuit board. Friendly. Very nice people. They were in and out in about 15 minutes, and now the TV works.
We requested service from Tech, because the closer LG repair rep (Stanton, in Westchester) was terrible with scheduling and had really bad user reviews.

Our 2011 Panasonic Viera plasma television gave us the «7 flashes of death» error code last week. Using our SquareTrade extended warranty, Tech Television was the service provider for the repair. From their first call setting up the service appointment to the completion of the repair, Tech Television’s people were professional, pleasant, and punctual. As a do-​it-​yourself techie, I watched the entire repair and Kevin knew what he was doing. He even cleaned the dust from the interior and cooling fans. As the probable cause of the issue was loose screws, Kevin went through each board and tightened the screws on the boards that were not replaced. He was careful and efficient, completing the job in 90 minutes. I would use them again and will consider them when I’m ready to purchase a new home theater receiver.

Excellent service on our 6 year old LG tv. Professional, courteous and on time. I would definitely use Tech Television again.

Not happy, the vacuum was not used, but he argued with me because peices put back wrong. Will never use them and will never recommend them. They rip u off. Older people be aware
