Bren-Air Heating & Cooling

Pat and his crew are as good as it gets. I had them switch my house over to gas, so they installed a new furnace, central air, and gas line in my attic. They also had to install all new duct work. All of this in an attic that was well over 100 degrees.
The crew showed up early to get as much work done as they could before the heat got too bad to work in the attic. They were polite, accomodating, professional, and never left a mess. The install looks extremely professional, with all duct work located out of the way to allow as much storage in the attic as possible.
Pat is extremely knowledgable about the systems he installs. He can rattle of model numbers for just about ever unit in the Bryant product line. I’ve had to have him come back to the house twice to help me with some rebate paperwork, and he showed up within an hour.
I would highly recommend Bren-​Air, and will have them handle all of my service in the future.

There is nothing negative I can say about my service from Bren-​Air. Pat went above and beyond the call of duty. He was extremely knowledgable and took the time to answer all of my questions. He elaborated beyond what would have been a sufficient explanation and I almost felt like I owed him a little more money for my free air conditioning education. I felt like he was a good friend by the time he fixed my problem rather than merely a guy doing his job. It will be hard for the next contractor to live up to my new expectations of a supreme service fellow. Bren-​Air was quite reasonable as well, well worth the money to get my a/​c issue sorted quickly. Pat was honest, and rather than tossing parts at my unit, tested everything and it came down to merely a leaky cap. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for friendly, honest service.
