I wouldn’t even give them one star, but I have to. They had an issue on their end, so they decided to just not pick up my trash. I pay on time every month and somehow there was an issue this ONE time. No where on my online account does it show my number, but they copied my phone number incorrectly in their computer system so their «courtesy call» never reached me. So their response… They don’t pick up my trash. What I find funny is, they have my email and never thought to send an email to make sure I still wanted service. When I called, the woman was a pathetic excuse for a customer service representative.
