Enjoyed my meal here greatly. The ambiance is romantic if you so chose to bring a date here. I was here for a birthday and they had a guy playing live music and singing anything you would request. In terms of quality, despite this place looking like your average grandmothers house, everything was absolutely on point from service to food. Would give this place 5 stars but the overall interior of this place just irks me a little.

My friend and I selected this inn for brunch this weekend. It was a convenient midway point between us. I’m so happy we found it. We enjoyed a wonderful eggs Benedict florentine and an excellent bloody Mary. The coffee was not the best, though. Anyway, my friend and I had not seen each other in many years. We had lots to talk about. The innkeepers let us talk even after brunch was long over. It is a charming inn. Very homey. Waitstaff is friendly. I would highly recommend it.

This is a great little place to take your UConn student for a special dinner, or for brunch whenever visiting on the weekend. Cozily set in a nicely maintained antiquarian home just a few minutes from campus, the inn offers a small but ample selection of inventive American fare, with excellent service lovingly overseen by the proprietoress. Our new go to place when visiting in Storrs.

I went to Sunday brunch and it was amazing. The service was great and romantic atmosphere absolutely was a big PLUS. I got Eggs dipped Lemon sole and my boyfriend had schnitzel with fried eggs. Both came with amazingly cooked potatoes… heavenly melted in mouth! I strongly recommend this place for couples who want to enjoy a nice Sunday brunch. This place is quite quiet… so might not be ideal for kids.

A 30 – 40 minute walk from UConn’s Fine Arts Building. Came here for Sunday brunch with a friend and was was able to get a seat immediately. I had NY Sirloin Steak and Cheesy Eggs — it was delicious and I don’t have any complaints. Mimosa was good as well. The interior was lovely and had a nice historic feel. The staff was attentive and charming. I would come here again for a nice brunch or a special occasion.

If you go to UConn, make your parents take you here for dinner! Seriously. This is the place for a special lunch or dinner in the Tolland County area. I have been here several times. It is a historic and quaint inn that serves extraordinary cuisine. I recommend the crab cakes and the shrimp with risotto. They often have a violinist playing in the background during the evening.

Food was fabulous. Service, well the young waitress was either new, nervous, or… But she was sweet. Wine reasonably priced. Live solo music(Xmas). Owners present pleasant and attentive. Did I say the food was fabulous?!
