Flooring department: didn’t follow up to measuring floor in home. Had to follow ourself. When we called they said, «sorry.» Came to store, 5 people waiting to be helped in front of me, no associate in sight. I had to call store from cell phone to ask them to page an associate for flooring. No one came. The associate that did finally come was from the customer service desk — do you people even have flooring associates!!! How are you running a business? I don’t get it.

Every time I’m here there’s some issue. The last time they rang up an item that was $ 12 for $ 32. This time I bought 20 identical pieces of hardware and was charged for 23. I had to wait for the manager to come by after watching him walk past three times to get an override. It ended up taking an additional 20 minutes. If I’d known, I’d have just said charge me for the extra and I’ll go get three more or even just leave with the overage. Then they hassled some woman on the line next to me who was in the military and showed some ID but the manager asked for something additional. She said she showed that ID at Home Depot and everywhere else with no issue and he went on to lecture her about store policies then walked away saying thank you for your service. What kind of backhanded comment is that??? What a messed up store. No wonder someone else gave them one star. I’ll go to Staples and Home Depot instead.

Went for multiple things: First I was looking for pump adapters, you know those tiny little adapters that you need depending on whether you want to pump into a tire, a modified tire or a ball(basketball or soccer etc…). I was first given the run around for like 10 minutes directing me to aisles that clearly do not have anything pump related. Finally found myself in the pump/compressor section where the staff said; «It’s down the aisle on the left.» Where does that mean??? After spending 5 minutes walking down the entire aisle and coming back to same staff, he looks at me like I’m retarded and like he gave me the clearest instruction in the world… He reluctantly shows me where the pumps/compressors are(yes the pumps, not the adapters). Second reason came here was to pick up a dishwasher with my dad. We come in and give them the receipt for the purchase. He sat down to wait while I went about with my above adventure. I come back 20 minutes later to find him waiting still… we waited another 20 or so minutes afterwhich when we ask where the item is, they tell us it is out of stock and proceed to offer a replacement… Which takes another 20 minutes. My god the incompetency of this place astounds me.
