I have always had outstanding service here. During Atlanta Snowpocalypse when we were snowed in, executives from the regional office came to keep the store open so people in the neighborhood could walk in and get food. This morning I at checking out I was told my total was $ 35.06. I gave the young man $ 55.06. He immediately handed the extra twenty back and said ‘you know you gave me too much’. I know that it is not a big deal for someone to be honest, but in today’s world I get pretty excited when I see something like that.

An ever improving store, this Ingles has come up a long way during the four years that I’ve shopped there. The staff is friendly and is happy to order items that customers request. The parking lot was dirty when I first went to the store; it now is kept clean. The produce section is well arranged, and everything is fresh. The aisles are clear and well stocked. I like seeing cashiers, managers, and department personnel who smile and are helpful.

I shop at this Ingle’s quite often and have always received good service. The food is fresh. They have a good selection of foods for the size store. I like shopping at this store instead of the bigger stores especially when I’m in a hurry.

Whenever I go into an Ingles it always feels like I’ve stepped back in time to shop for groceries. This one looks especially old and crusty, & when’s the last time you’ve gone to a grocery store in the middle of the day that has a security guard? Take the time and drive to Decatur to the local Kroger…

I hate to say it, but ingles is kinda the«oh yea» grocery store. In the world of Publix and krogers, or Trader Joes and Wholefoods, Ingles gets lost in the shuffle. First thing about this ingles you should know about is they have some serious speed bumps that stretch the length of the parking lot(to deter people from cutting through lots I imagine). They will scrape the bottom of your car so the trick is to hit them at an angle, if you’re going to at all. I was pretty tired and sweaty after a hike up Stone Mountain, did not want to go to Kroger so I stopped in and grabbed dinner, bottle of bbq sauce, soda, pack of chicken. My $ 9 charge dropped to $ 6 after filling out and using my ingles plus card, so it’s a solid deal. Not going to lie and say this is my new go to store, but i’ll stop in from time to time.
