Rude employees (on more than one occasion, orders wrong, and most recent experience: a 20min ordeal in the drive thru for a chicken sandwich, a drink, and a fry. Shouldn’t have been a huge deal. Will never go back.

I have seen problems like this before and it doesn’t bode well for the management. The servers can only function re-​actionary as opposed to actionary. They ask all the same questions but what you get will be a surprise.

I’ve never thought I’d give a fast food restaurant a 5-​star rating, but this one deserves it. I’ve eaten here for years, and the food has never disappointed me once. The biscuits are always hot and fresh, and the one time my order was messed up, the staff was friendly and apologetic. Honestly the best Hardee’s I’ve eaten at (and I’ve been to plenty).

Our society would probably look down upon me for giving a fast food restaurant a five star rating. Therefore just a millisecond prior to me hitting that fifth star, I panicked…
If it were possible to give five stars to a fast food restaurant, this one would deserve it. I’ll justify; great burgers, great fries, great onion rings and the shakes make me all giggly inside.
Once a week we splurge in a fast food, weekend lazy way and enjoy some good olé junk food. I’ve found myself looking forward to it more and more.
Six Dollar Burger with onion rings and a chocolate shake, here we come…

Over the last couple of years this place has gone down hill. Specifically, the drive-​thru. Every time (twice a week on my way to work) I have gone to this location I have to repeat my order 3 or 4 times. I’m practically hanging out my window yelling. The guy in front of me drove off in frustration. My order was wrong again and this time I just paid for what I got and left. I will not be back.

Very polite :*) My mom didn’t like a sandwich so they switched it out with no problem. The strips are really good. The fries are very good. And the employees are very polite.

I don’t know why I like Hardee’s, It’s usually filled with blue hairs, the lines & food prep aren’t extremely fast [but what fast food is fast anymore] & it’s usually carb over load. I usually pick this place because I do like there breakfast & it’s nice to have something different every once in awhile. This location does much better with the customer service & people act as if they are genuinely glad to help you. That goes a long way with me when picking places to spend my money. I usually hit up this place when i’m in the area.
