On most days the drive thru is ridiculously slow. It’s just close to my parents work so I’m forced to come here. The food is usually good for McDonalds standards.

Horrible and very slow service. Tonight the drive through was slammed with at least 10 cars. Dinning room is open til 11. But, tonight they closed it early. I was there at 1015 and the doors were locked. Saw other patrons trying to get in. Girl running drive through was clueless on the hours. I would call the manager and complain but he’s the one who locked the doors. Thinking of calling Corporate but may not. This location is in decline anyways. Oh, and they expect to be paid 15 an hour? From my experience they don’t need to paid at all. Lazy, don’t give a shit, people to start with.

One star because they only have one drive thru. They haven’t been upgraded yet just like all the other «black» McDonald’s in Dekalb county. I’m going to call the McDonald’s corporate office because I’m sick of the discrimination.

Waited in line 20 – 25 mins at a fast food !!! Then I get my food and it look like it was inside a heater all day. I asked for no pickles so It looked like someone had taken the pickles off because my bun was hard and broken like toast almost. Disgusting !!! No mc Donald’s is a 5 star but geesh!!! I’m taking this burger back in the morning.

Possibly not an everyday thing but man was the drive thru slow, taking a good 10 minutes to get through with about 4 cars ahead of me. True enough, I can’t talk too much smack because I was only here for the free coffee, but the service was slow!
Still, the staff, when they got to me, were still friendly and actually handed me my coffee at the first window, typically reserved for where you pay, not where you pick up your order, so I do appreciate that, as well as the free coffee!

This location is heads and tails better than the sister location located on Rockbridge Rd. In fact the one on Rockbridge is much, much closer to my house but I’d rather drive a few miles out of my way to this location when I need my fix. Since the new remodel the interior is pretty nice. Food is standard McDonalds.
