I made an online reservation for December. The dates of my reservation were changed online for January. I called to try to change the dates back to when I needed to stay there. They said it is not possible to change it or cancel (no refund) it even though the dates were two weeks appart with plenty of time for them to open the room for reservations. Now I have a dispute open with my bank and filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for fraud. These people are a scam and full of bad faith.

Beds comfortable, parking really limited due to remodeling. Older hotel, but for the price you would expect a better appointed rooms with closet doors on their hinges… The staff was very nice though.
