best yoga class I have ever taken!!! If you really want to sweat and laugh at the same time this is an intense workout leaving you wanting to come back for more!!! Highly recommended it!

It’s hot it’s challenging and it’s amazing. Not hot to where you can’t breathe but hot to where to a place where your body feels ready. Challenging in a way where you feel like you got a workout not like you were doing one handed handstands. If you like yoga that is powerful and pushes you then this is the place. If you like yoga that smells like incense and feels like you never got off the couch then steer clear. I always come away feeling like I achieved something and pushed myself.
