Talk about great customer service!!! Zoomlock has it:)
My iphone 5s stopped charging it needed a new battery. I took it to a repair shop that says quick fix and nothing about it was quick, I took my phone on Wed and picked it up on Friday it still wasn’t fixed so I was highly upset. I found Zoomlock it was like heaven sent, the gentlemen by the name of Raymond, fixed the problem right then in there. He was very honest, something the other people weren’t. I was so pleased!!! I totally recommend

I dropped my iPhone 5S and cracked the screen pretty badly. I didn’t want to pay Asurion $ 300 for a replacement so I decided to just have the screen repaired. This place is near my boyfriend’s house and most of the reviews were good so I decided to give them a chance. They fixed my screen in about an hour. Upon pickup it looked just like new. However, they obviously messed up some wires or something in my phone because it no longer holds a charge and isn’t calibrated correctly. So my phone may say that it has 50% battery life and then shut off and once I put it on the charger it’ll turned right back on saying it has 95%. You do sign a waiver that states they aren’t responsible for any damage that occurs so there isn’t much you can do once they ruin your perfectly functional phone. Think twice before you give this place your business. I’m hoping the iPhone 6S really is gonna be available for preorder next month because I will definitely be purchasing it. In the meantime, I’ll just have to deal with what is now a piece of crap iPhone 5S.

Came in today to get my samsung s3 screen fix. They didn’t have the color gray so Muhammad gave me blue which was fine also traded my back in for the same color these guys are awesome highly recommended and the price is great I will definitely come back

Awesome experience. Went in, qoutes me a price to fix my home button on my iPhone, left my phone came back and hour later and the phone was fixed and works great highly

ad a great experience at zoom lock. Brought in a beat up iphone 5 with just about everything wrong with it screen was shattered home and lock button were broke. Brought it to zoom lock and walked out with a like new iphone 5 for a very reasonable price. If you need work on your phone I wouldn’t recommend taking it anywhere else.

This place repaired my screen on my iPhone 4s easily n for a good fair price. Got my phone back in a couple days looking brand new.

I’ve been to this shop 3 times now. and have been pleased by the service each time.
I’ve had the screen replaced for my galaxy s3 and slider fixed on my blackberry a few years back.
The prices were much more reasonable too. compared to other repair shops that i’ve been to.
I don’t understand the bad reviews because i was attended by Mohammad too. and the guy was really helpful.

A friend recommended this place to me because i had a water damaged iphone. Dropped it off and it was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Friendly service and great prices, answered all my questions. Will return for my future cell phone needs.

I am honestly shocked and disgusted by the customer service and dishonestly that I received from Mohammed, the store owner of Zoomlock. Mohammed will conveniently make himself unavailable to pick up your phone after you drop it off, so he can resell the phone after ten days and pocket the money.
I dropped off my iPhone 4 to Mohammed to repair it because it had water damage. AFTER I CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES, he told me that he was unable to repair the phone. After 3 –4 separate attempts to pick up my phone, I began to get discouraged. He refused to answer my phone calls and when he did, he stated that he was not at his store. The store hours are written as 11 am — 7 pm and it was 1:00 PM and he was not there. Then the one time we were able to catch up at the store, he claimed that he had a roof leak and could not give us the phone at the time. Clearly this was a ploy to keep our phone and to make us go away.
I recently gave a follow up call and Mohammed had the nerve to say that he NO LONGER HAD MY PHONE. He made several excuses as to where my phone was. He first said that he no longer had it. Then he said that he doesn’t know where it is. Then, he said it was GONE! Everyone knows that a broken iPhone can be sold for a substantial amount of money. So this guy pretty much got away with at least 200 dollars or more from selling my iPhone for parts and he pocketed it all. He had the nerve to lastly say that he keeps all his unclaimed phones in a shoe box at his house and he will TRY and look for it. This dishonest vendor cannot even keep his story straight. All I can say is BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, YOU WILL GET YOUR PHONE STOLEN FROM THIS GUY!!!
And get this — I told him that common courtesy would be to call the customer and warn the customer that their phone would be «sold» within ten days. He said that he called me, which HE SURELY DID NOT! I have text and phone call logs to prove that he never called me and to prove that I called him multiple times trying to get a hold of him. I am still shocked by his dishonest business and behavior. Do not give your business to him whatever you do.
