I had my iPhone 5 glass screen replaced because I shattered the glass after dropping it by accident(1st time ever happened to me and I’ve owned iPhones 3, 4, and 5). I originally planned on going to the Apple Store to have the glass replaced(read it is $ 149) but ended up going to Cellaris because I didn’t want to waste more time driving all the way to Modesto, Pleasanton, or Sacramento where they have Apple Stores. It was $ 150 to have the glass replaced at Cellaris. The guy there said that his CC machine was not working so he only took cash. it took about 40 minutes to have this repair done. The replacement looks great as if it was new. He told me that there is a 90 day warranty on the work. Now I’ll be more careful with my phone because I don’t want to go through this again.

Pretty good experience, guy said it would take an hour and a half to fix my cracked iPhone so I walked around the mall a little bit and when I checked on him 45 mins later he was finishing up! My previously jacked up phone looks brand new! Thanks!

Apparently Cellairis didn’t add a space gap thingy somewhere on my iphone which caused my phone to have a black screen. The phone works but whats the point of having it if you can’t see anything? They didn’t even want to have a look at my phone. I recommend a better place such as Simplify Simple.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I brought my iPhone 4S to see why the screen had gone out which I had believed was an internal connection problem which was correct. I had been quoted $ 10 from another iPhone repair service which said this was very easy to fix. When I brought my phone to the Cellairis cart I was charged $ 20 for him to take off the back of my phone press down on a piece of the hardware and put the back on again which literally took less than 2 minutes. After leaving I discovered that all my pictures and videos had been deleted although they were on my phone before the screen went out. I called back to see if they knew what caused my photos to be deleted and the gentleman I spoke with was rude and offered no assistance. I returned to the cart to show him what had happened and he said it was not their fault my pictures had been deleted. I felt over charges and disrespected by the lack of customer service and will never return for any work on my phone or to purchase anything from this business.

I came here because my son needed a screen protector for his phone. The gentleman was very nice and the price wasn’t bad. He put on the screen protector for us and did a great job. He made it look so easy and no bubbles. After I shopped around the mall a bit, I stopped back by and got a new screen protector for myself. It’s looks much nicer(granted I could see some fingerprints now), but the screen looks clear and sharp(I had a matte screen protector with more bubbles than I preferred, lol). I would come back here again.

I went in yesterday to get my iPhone repaired — lock button was not working and camera lens was scratched. The guy(didn’t get his name but the Caucasian man) fixed the lock button and replaced my back cover for a total of $ 50! Very reasonable. As I stood there watching him take apart my phone, I couldn’t help but be nervous to put my trust in a complete stranger, after all, he knew what he was doing. He explained everything he was doing as he took apart my phone and he tried to cut cost(for me) where he can. He’s an honest man! In the end, I was completely satisfied with my services. My pictures are now clear again and it locks! Thanks to my sister-in-law for the referral. I am now referring Cellairis to others. They also repair cracked iPhone screens! And, there is a 60-day warranty on all repairs, just hold on to your receipt as it’s your proof.
