Can I get a volunteer to let me take my car in for repairs at 4:30 pm on New Years Even? While you’re at it, would you mind coming in on a Sunday so I can pick it up? No takers? Of course not. Who would want to do this?! Waterloo Auto Repair will be happy to accommodate you. I was pretty freaked out when my car stalled just off the Waterloo exit near the 99. I knew that getting this checked in somewhere on New Years Eve was going to be a problem. The other two shops I called(who had high Unilocal ratings) wouldn’t even let me have it towed to their place and leave it in the lot so I could come back when they were open to check it in. Waterloo Auto Repair was a different story. He was happy to accommodate me. He gave me a fair price for a fuel pump replacement, and had it ready when promised. He was so nice about everything. He really saved my bacon this weekend!

Great service! An honest shop! I got my transmission replaced here and the owner stayed over night so I could have my car asap! Plus he did a free safety inspection. I have taken my car here more then once now. Always great service.

Nice place on the east side of Stockton. Very reliable place. Had a Tranmission issue and the price was very reasonable. Very close to highway 99 off Waterloo rd. I also went back for a service and he whooped everyone else is price. Iqbal is very knowledgeable and he has a bright future ahead of him. His employees are also very knowledgeable and honest. If you need a mechanic no job is too big or small because these guys do it all. Check them out. It is worth every penny.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service at this shop. We went in for an oil change, with no surprise charges. Iqbal(the owner) topped off our fluids and charged us $ 20 for our ’99 Chevy Malibu. No haggling, no worries. In fact, he was amazed at the fact our used car had no leaks, said it was in pretty good condition for the amount of miles and the years on the car.(You can hear me knocking on wood at this moment) We also asked him if he could change our headlights as it was a real hassle to try to figure out. He did, was willing to do it for a nominal fee but we kicked him another $ 20 for changing both(my thrifty fiancé said the service was excellent and warranted the extra $$$). Prior to Waterloo Auto Repair, we went to Meineke(with a coupon to boot!), SpeeDee(again with a coupon) and both wanted to charge us $ 30/$ 35 respectively. They said those coupons cover most cars but not ours. I say they’re full of horse manure — we left those shysters in the dust! We’ll return to Iqbal and deal with him, honest with no hassles. We got a good quote from him for a tune-up as well, he also does brakes, struts and shocks. Open 8 – 5:30. Check him out.
