This company promises a lot and delivers a little. We were convinced to add our internet services with our T-1 Phone service, promising very fast speeds. Once the contract was signed and the service installed it reminded me of the old dial up service, and they wont do any thing about it or let us out of the contract to get better service. We were forced to buy another service which turned out to be much faster and much less money, but we are still under contract for 2 years. What a RIP-OFF

We made the SPECTACULARMISTAKEOFHIRINGTHISCOMPANY to provide phone and computer services for our new office location. From the beginning we found the internet service GLACIAL. We made so many calls to their offices seeking correction they became tired of us and STOPPEDRETURNINGPHONECALLS. I’m serious. At a loss what to do, we contacted an IT consultant who explained from prior experience, «Telepacific is HORRIBLE. They charge more for one tenth the speed offered by Comcast. The only reason they’re still in business locally is because they have people locked into multi-year contracts. I thought everybody knew that.» After months of fruitless efforts to resolve the problems, we finally opted to buy out the remaining two years of our contract so we could change to Comcast. Telepacific even sat on the buyout agreement for three months and continued to bill us for services and equipment that had been removed! FORTUNATELY, COMCASTHASBEENMORETHANWECOULDHAVEHOPEDFORWITHOVERTENTIMESTHESPEEDOFTELEPACIFIC, ANDCHEAPERTOBOOT! SAVEYOURSELFTHEGRIEFANDEXPENSEOFWORKINGWITHTHISPOOREXCUSEFOR A SERVICECOMPANY. TELEPACIFICSHOULDSIMPLYDISAPPEARFROMTHEFACEOFTHEEARTH!
