horrible customer service. you wait forever because the workers are busy gossiping. extremely rude. also, they reprint your reciept so you can not do the survey or tell corporate about their service because it is missing all of the survey codes and phone numbers.

Very bad customer service not all the employees are bad here its just mainly the African American girls they have really bad attitudes they dont make you feel welcomed they never smile only unless they are talking mess about there other employees you dnt really get wat u pay for beacuse I all ways pay for extra cheese and neve gwt it this tacobell sucks big time

Constantly out of everything. Today it is Pepsi and Dr Pepper. Others it is all but one freeze flavor. One time they ran out of tomato. Whats next, out of taco shells? Poor management that cant keep stock updated. I will now drive farther away than play russian roulette with what I’m trying to order.

So my two youngest and younger brother wanted some Taco Bell tonight for dinner. I was going to cook Tacos for dinner with rice and beans. But I threw in the towel and said «let’s go».
Right when we walked in in we were greeted with a *hello*.My kids we’re very indecisive on what to order. So I ended up ordering for everyone. As we got our cups and my tribe went to the drinks station, all I did was put my receipt on the table and the crew member Rudy, quickly wiped our table for us.
I took many pictures of the place and it’s very clean. But I did like that he went out of his way and cleaned up for us without even asking him to do it. I ordered a bunch of stuff from their menu from soft/​hard tacos to burritos and double decker tacos. Some nachos and Doritos that came with our meal.
Our food came to us very quickly and everything was correct on what we ordered. The kiddos loved what I picked out for them and so did my brother.
As we were walking out Rudy told us goodbye. Little things like this means a lot to a simple guy like me. It shows me people still care in this beautiful city of ours. My family and I had a great time here this evening. We’ll be definitely be coming back here.

A bunch of childish losers who can’t get a better job outside of fast food. I call in because one of there employees George T. to be exact, forgets an item that I ordered. When I call the first thing I here is, «AHMMMMMMM.» (Very long pause) then a «hello?». There was laughing and a whole lot of disrespect in the males voice who answered as well as the next employee’s who answered for him because he didn’t know how to handle my complaint. Must’ve been the man (George) himself. I told them that they forgot my item, they asked me repeatedly if I was sure. As if I wasn’t smart enough to know what I payed for and didn’t receive. After finally repeating myself for the 5^th time, they asked my name and asked me to come in for it. Overall I felt ridiculed and shamed for wanting what I payed for, they have horrendous customer service and a huge lack of interfacing with a disgruntled customer.

The closest TB to work, they’re open really late so that’s a plus too. I’ve never been inside, and have only gone through the drive thru. Fast service, and I’ve never really had any problems with my orders.

Kinda ghetto, and they messed up my order. It’s pretty convenient if you live around there or need a quick snack before the movies, but other than that, I’d go someplace else. Whenever I want some Taco Bell (especially after 10PM), I go the extra mile to the March Lane location.

Its a real shame, Taco Bell can be very edible,. My guess is that all the ones in the stockton area are owned by the same group or individual,. These folks have no respect for the customer and their product reflecks that attitude…

Love Taco Bell in General. This particular one is near a place I work several times per month, so I am there about once per month. They have never screwed up my order, and the food has always been hot, rather fast, and the crew seems to care about good service. They dont’ smile (they are more business like), but I understand that they are probably usally very busy and may not have the time to think about smiling.

taco bell is good! but not this one… on every visit they get the order wrong! I go to this taco bell because its around the corner from my home but gosh I regret it every time…
