I may of moved out of Stockton. But my wife and I miss Osake Sushi. Why did it close it’s doors? It had great service & great food! I would enjoy to come back! When I first started dating my wife; Osake was her favorite restaurant. She invited me; next became my favorite and my wife & I our married! Thank you. Please open! [Soon!]

I MISSYOUOSAKE!!! Today’s my birthday & I am and have always ALWAYS crave for your Double oo7. I have even tried many attempts to duplicate it at other sushi restaurants, but no luck at all. If I had one wish right now, it would be for your restaurant to reopen, giving me another chance to savor the MOSTDELICIOUS sushi roll in my world. There’s no other like it. You were the BEST in town, but now you’re a memory. ‚{

It’s a nice place but lacks ambiance. Cheesy décor but the service is wonderful. The waiter had much experience in VEggie options to suggest. The food was decent nothing too special. Recommend: Veggie roll w/cream cheese VEggie Friendly: Mostly

Osake is a good place if you are looking for exciting new rolls at good prices. I feel that it is hard to find a decent sushi restaurant that sells a roll of sushi for under 7 dollars, Osake has them! They do of course have more expensive rolls and they are worth the price. The rolls are very large in size with very fun names, CSI Miami roll comes to mind first. One of the rolls everyone should try once is the Lobster Torch. This roll is the most expensive one they have on the list but it is so very tasty and savory. Even though this is a Japanese restaurant they have a few non-Japanese items as well, such as Boba or Pearl drinks and fresh spring rolls, both which are good and fun to try out. My only complaint would be that it isn’t a large enough restaurant and the tables are spaced a bit too close to each other. But all in all they have great sushi, great prices, friendly staff and lovely Japanese decorations.

After having our taste buds assaulted by the poor quality of sushi on Miracle Mile, this sushi bar tucked into the plaza behind a drive-thru Starbucks was a relief. Parking is plentiful, particularly with the low volume of traffic. Décor is a cozy kitchenesque setup with a bamboo theme evident in their diningware as well as surroundings. Service is friendly and attentive, happy to answer whatever questions you might have. Menu also offers typical Japanese cuisine. I’d rate the dining experience here as being better than Sho Mi’s– takes credit card, better service, unbroken hours(rare for decent places in my experience), equally good hamachi, excellent presentation. Gyoza is handmade, but vegetarian. Even so, I’ll definitely be coming back here, the ambiance and quality of food/service is balanced just right for me.
