I just had my first appointment with this doctor and had a terrible experience with her front desk person. I am unsure of anything about the doctor because my experience was so bad I told the manager I was going to go somewhere else.
This is what happened, the woman at the front desk was irritated that I wanted to ask about obtaining my medical records from my previous doctor. She used a rude tone of voice and would cut me off. It is important to have medical history for proper care, and in my case very necessary. There is a little bit of customer service which is necessary in medical care. It’s called bedside manner. This place has «0» bedside manner and should be avoided at all cost. It does not matter how good this doctor is if her staff is hostile and creates distrust. That is why I am going elsewhere.

dr nakka is a very kind and understanding dr. she delivered my baby via c section and I am very happy with the entire process. she took good care of me through my entire pregnancy. she is a very good listener and very intelligent. my only complaint is there are often very long wait periods for your appointment. I have waited 30 mins to an hour on several occasions and the office often seems overbooked. but I guess that is common with ob/​gyn offices. I must say she is worth the wait though!
