Poor service. And ok food, there are several other spots. Right on the southside, that dwarf this place. Stay away!!!

this is unacceptable!!! i would give them negative rating if i could i found a baby roach in my food!!! do not eat here!!! health department needs to come here!!!

Always great, we have been here many times and the quantity and quality are superb. Our favorites are the house chicken, salt and pepper no shell shrimp, honey walnut shrimp, rice noodle, chicken and vegetables.

Very good place around here not too many places in the Western Ranch area that we can go to and get good food like this

Definitely not on my top list of Chinese food and Chinese food is one of my favorite. Food was OK probably won’t return kinda taste like food 4 less nasty Chinese food. Can’t beat chow to go off hammer ln and 5. so far that’s the best

I hate to give one star to this place since the service and food was horrible. My wife and I had some wonton soup which was very bland and tasted funny. Our server I guess was busy even though we were the only ones there. I say that since it took over 15 min at a time to go get someone to get refills on water and such. It seems like she didn’t remember we were there.
The meal itself is not worth mentioning it was so bad we left the leftovers there on the table. Never go there again.

Ate in. Place was dirty, worn down. I came in for some sizzling rice soup. I had that along with a combo plate thinking i’d have it fresh. Nope. The waitress tells me to get up and walk back to the front to choose from the take out choices lol. I went along with it and got the fried rice/​chow mein with house chicken and fried chicken. Rice/​mein was actually pretty good. The chicken and house chicken were gross. House chicken was cold and very very salty. Fried chicken had no flavor. The soup was the biggest dissapointment as i was craving for it. Bland. Mark this as one to not visit again.

me and a few guys from work eat here regulary for lunch… great food great. prices nice and friendly staff. never wait long. for your order and your not. rushed to leave. i always order the prawns with honey walnut with fried rice. and the egg flour soup is really good

Food is ok but look at what you eat, bought 3 Wong Tong Soup and found A LOT of insects floating. I guess they’re lazy to rinse off those vegetable. Plus, last time my coworkers bought 6 meals to go for us to have lunch in the break room, while eating, all the sudden, 3 huge waterbug (large American cockroaches) crawling out of the container box, which they provide for us to carried our meals. I toss my plate right away while others trying to kill the roaches. So, do you guys even look carefully at what you eat from this place, guess not, should be zero star, (wish I can see there kitchen)

I love Chinese food and I visited this restaurant for the first time the other day (cause I stick to my favorite places) but I’m glad I didn’t this time! Very good and your in & out quick. But you can choose to eat in. Nice and clean and smelled yummy.

I normally hate Chinese food, and I’ve had plenty being a Bay Area native. When first I moved to Weston Ranch about a year and a half ago, there really weren’t too many nearby options for some quick food, but I decided to give Louie’s a try on my dad’s recommendation.
I was surprised. It had that typical Chinese restaurant takeout feel that I was familiar with. I ordered the Szechuan Pork and the Mongolian Beef with Chow Mein. When they were loading my tray I was surprised at how much they packed it. They’re really generous with the amount of food. Most Chinese takeouts I’ve been to barely put enough to fill the compartments in the to-​go boxes. The owner is really nice as well, he recognizes me even if I haven’t been there for a while.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for some quick food in the Weston Ranch area. :) Only four stars, because I don’t like Chinese food, but this one is an exception.

Was going to order a meal but found roaches crawling on the walls and counter. Seriously needs an exterminator to spray down the place.

In Stockton with a name like louies Chinese restaurant how would you expect the food??? It was damn good to me and the service was excellent. I tried a variety of menu as I had to be in the area for work for a week and I was surprised at how good the food was. The service was quick too. Could use a upgrade in chairs and table though quite old and uncomfortable

I hate to burst everyone’s bubble but picture this. My husband and I decided to go into Louie’s because we think their salt and pepper shrimp is delicious. We ordered and noticed that the staff was having lunch (along with the owner). We ordered two orders of no shell salt and pepper shrimp. We turned around and captured one of the staff members clipping/​picking his nose a 100 mph with fingernail clippers in the dining area for everyone to see!
So we were sitting there and wondering who is going to cook our food ??? My goodness he got up and went to cook our shrimp without washing his hands! We have been going there since they opened-​Never again.
We kicked rocks!!!

King of Crap. When they are not busy taking about you in Chinese they are pretty friendly. They have a actual restaurant though most of their business is takeaway a la panda express style. If you are in the mood for a whole lot of mediocre food this is the place to go. In the summer it is not unusual to have flies buzzing around the premade food. Myself I would rather spend a little more, get less and enjoy almost every bite so I go to Panda Express.

This place is the best chinese delivery in stockton so far! Salt & pepper fried prawns with the shell is EXCELLENT… Unilocal said this place was 2.9 miles from my house but when I plugged it into yahoo driving directions, it said 7 miles =/​I hope the delivery driver didn’t drive that far but I hope they deliver from now on here in the future because that is «THE BEST» chinese delivery EVER… will def be purchasing here again!

they don’t deliver anymore LOL either that or the last delivery to my house was a LOOOOOOOONG drive. they need to update their Unilocal page because this place is NOT 2 miles from my house nor in the same zip code.

I usually like to get my food to go. They have combo plates for a cheap price & they pack a lot of food! It’s usually bulging out on the sides! I never can finish it all by myself. I recommend the House chicken! it is DELICIOUS!!! This place beats China Express by Food4Less! Their fried chicken is great too! The skin of the chicken is very crispy & flavorable but the actually meat is moist & just yummy! :) They do have a decent family area for parties or if you want to just go with your family! The service is good also!

What I recommend from their take out is their broccoli beef, barbeque pork, eggrolls, salt and pepper chicken, and their wor won ton soup that warms your soul on a cold day =)

I love their pork buns and rice cakes! These are the only 2 things I get but sadly they don’t make them everyday. I asked the super friendly lady behind the counter what days they usually make it and she said only when the chef makes it!
