I came in for a pedicure, and my daughter to get a full acrylic set, with French tip. They where gonna charge me $ 75.00 I got $ 5.00 taken off because they did not ask me what they could do on my daughters nails. I thought it was gonna be 48.00 for a regular acrylic set of nails with french tip and a pedicure with a design on toes. They never asked me if they could do gel, I only wanted regular white tips on my daughter’s nails. They should ask the parent if they can do gel instead of regular polish. I will never be coming back here for any service.

This place is horrible. They do not clean their instruments. They are rude. My nails look like a two-​year-​old painted them. The pedicure took a total of 6 minutes and cost a total of $ 40. I do not recommend this place at all.

I came here from a really bad experience with acrylic nails from two other shops so I was skeptical in finding another shop.
Mic did an awesome job and had great customer service! The price is great for full gel nails and manicure plus design!
Plus, I’m a huge sports fan, so Mic said I can bring in my sports team stickers and they will do design for it.
Go try this place and ask for Mic, you won’t be sorry I guarantee it.

The owner of this salon is verbally abusive to his staff and rude to customers. I have witnessed this and will never go back. I would highly recommend not giving this guy business. I am shocked that it has been in business this long with this type of manager controlling these women in this way.

Terrible. I went in for mani and it was $ 30! She didn’t even massage or give me lotion. I also used #1shellack she notice it was running out and she went to go add water in it !

I usually go to Fantasy Nails by S-​Mart on Quail Lakes, but was out at Park West running errands so I stopped in… very disappointed. Won’t be returning. I waited 20 min in the chair until someone finally came over, she rushed through my pedicure which only lasted 10 minutes, and then put on my shoes and said, «Thank you.» I said, «What about the polish?» Omg. She didn’t understand English I’m guessing because she had to call over someone and ask them what I had said. I will stick with Fantasy Nails. Pricing is similar and they actually spend longer than 10 minutes with me.

Emily and Bea are awesome. I can’t believe all the negative reviews this place gets. These two girls treat us like family because they know how much we should pay and not pay, catch my drift? My wife likes Bea on asks for her and my daughter and I only like Emily. these two girls work together and know how the business should be run.

They don’t do a good job, very disappointing and overly priced. Will stick with Hanna’s.

Worst. Manicure. Ever. Wish I could give negative stars. No one asked my name or handed me a menu of options. They only wanted to sell me a shellac manicure, rather than a regular one. She acted put out that I didn’t want it. I can’t imagine how miserable I’d be if I had! At least I can take this off myself. She never asked if I wanted my nails cut and just did a lazy file job which I had to have her go back and smooth out. No products were used on my cuticles. Maybe a 3 minute hand «massage.» It puts the lotion on… When she was done she said, «I’m done now.» I had to ask to sit under the drier. My dog could have painted my nails better and I sure would have been treated better. Stay away from this place!!!

I have been going here on and off for 20 years never disappointed and very accommodating for groups. All the girls are polite and friendly but Lina and Nancy are the best.

Dirty. Not relaxing. They’re rushing to get you out of there. Got cut from sloppy and negligent work. Won’t be returning. Try to up sell you from pedicure to manicure and additional for massage.

I had a broken nail fixed by Lina, never been in a nail salon before do I didn’t know what to expect… They made me feel relaxed and did a great job.

I would not recommend this place. Been here twice and had bad experiences both times.
First experience, owner asked me to use the ATM machine inside the salon to get cash since I didn’t have any with me. He didn’t want me to use my credit card, he said he didn’t wanna pay the fee. Then why would you have Visa and MasterCard sign instead of cash only???
Second time, the lady who helped me was very rude. She was unhappy when I told her that I only want to have my polish done instead of a pedicure. She spent 10 minutes the most to get my toe polish done. She looked unhappy/​upset the whole. As I was seating to get my toe nail dry and only after 5 minutes she came up to me and said «you’re finished». I can’t believe her attitude.
My speculation about this place is poor management and no customer strategy.

Took my MOH here after my wedding was over to treat her and myself to a manicure and gel nail polish! $ 25 each, and our girls were great. They were nice, and talkative. Always feel welcome whenever I am here. :)

I came to this nail salon out of convenience to the shopping center. I’m new to the Stockton area and although there were 50+ Unilocal reviews with 2 stars I figured it can’t be that bad! Nope, I was wrong! If it has 1 – 2 stars– there is usually a reason!
The salon was not busy at all. On walking in the door, the employees were lounging in the pedicure chairs in the front on their cell phones– but did not greet me or speak to me.
I was taken to a chair in the front by a woman that I would later learn is the owner. To remove my gel polish she used USED foil wraps to remove it. I would think at $ 30 per manicure they could afford some clean foil wraps. I get a gel manicure at least every two weeks and have never seen this done.
She spoke very little to me, did not smile, and was unfriendly. There was no music, television playing, or atmosphere. I was one of three customers and there were several employees hanging out, getting massages in the pedicure chairs, and playing on their phones– definitely not a warm or relaxing environment.
When using the manicuring tools, she dipped it in the sanitation cleaner quickly but it was not soaking or in the electric sanitizer, which was concerning to me.
Two of my nails were jagged and required me to file them when I got home… Isn’t this why I paid to have someone give me a manicure?
I will be sure to find a better salon in the area and will not be returning here.

Horrible. Gross. Smells. Non sanitary. Horrendous customer service. Don’t waste your time or risk your health by coming here.

Has the lady was doing my pedi she squirted cold lotion all over my legs… I said wait I picked this #3 cause it said warm lotion wth lol she says no that menu was along time ago… «Seriously «then she continues and she’s almost done I said wait… It says hot stones. Again she’s says no more that menu was along time ago. «Wow seriously «
Wth I told her that’s not fair that they should take it off the menu … But I will say she did take her time and give me a really good pedi. She did not rush thru and hurry me out, but of course they were very dead only 1other person and about 6 workers sitting around. So maybe that’s why she took her time lol
Any way bad business to say you get a service for a high Amount and then you don’t receive it. False advertisement … On the good note the lady that did my pedi was very nice … I like friendly service
But I don’t know if I’ll return, if I do I will get the $ 20 basic cause that’s what I got for $ 32

I have only been to the salon two different times both times I have been extremely satisfied both with the service that I have received and the quality of the service I will return

I would not recommend getting your nails done here ever. I came in, asking for simple acrylic nails, all white with a gold accent nail. I showed the lady exactly what I wanted (I had researched & found a picture of the nails I really wanted) & all she had to say was «um. I’ll try.» I don’t know if I had too high expectations, but I left with bulky, thick, & uneven nails with a single gold line on my ring fingers… Nothing like the picture I provided. The lady also had her son sitting behind her, on his iPad, & constantly kicking his mother’s chair. I was so scared she was going to cut me because her son kept kicking her chair. He also interrupted us about 5 – 7 times total. Totally unprofessional. I came with my mother, who also got her nails done & the total was around $ 100??? So unreasonable for such an ugly job.
I’m glad there’s a nail salon in Trinity, but it’s useless because the service & results are disappointing. The place is huge, but the décor & location doesn’t make up for the unprofessional staff.

I had a great pedicure besides for the cutting of my skin. The girl that did my pedi was so nice and gave a great message but cut my toe so bad It hurts to walk. They were fast to get me seated and started right away. I got a #3 pedi with shellac and removal of old shellac for $ 52.00.
