The employees at this store are beyond rude. There is never a greet or smile. Also, the Mexican security guy gives customers dirty looks for no reason. He should guard prisons not stores in the mall. The manager name Lily is rude beyond words. She has the worst customer service and treats customers with no respect at all.

If I could write my review without any stars I would. I called the main number listed for this store on Google to find out if this store would be one of the 250 to get the H&M X BALMAIN collection dropping in November. Horrible service to say the least, the phone rang multiple times and when the nameless associate answered without a greeting she made the following statement before hanging up. «There’s no one in this department to help you«and hung up the line before I could even say 1 word. –5 stars will drive to Pleasanton as usual.

Don’t ever shop online with H&M. You can’t return item at the nearest store. You can return items u purchase online back to the warehouse but they charge shipping fee every time. It’s a rip off, u pay for shipping to ship item home and also pay shipping to return it!

I only shop here when I can’t find my size or style at the Modesto Vintage Fair Mall; other than that, I wouldn’t waste my time here just because the employees are questionable. The other day, there was a lone waiting line at the register while the cashier was taking a selfie with their friend. Once again, questionable employees.

Went to this H&M to find something to wear to my daughter birthday party. I guess I looked sketchy or something because the security followed me EVERYWHERE! Everytime I looked up I saw the same security starring at me. I was so annoyed I left and went to the h&m in the Modesto mall.

H&M is a somewhat affordable and a bit more upscale compared to your typical clothing outlet. I have to say though, most of the items here are junk. The entire store is filled with clothing made of thin/cheap material with sub-par quality. You’re definitely getting less than what you’re paying for shopping here. Store itself looks decent and presentable and employees are fine I suppose. As far as variety, there’s more styles than say, Old Navy– however Old Navy is the better store to shop at as a whole.

I love their clothes for my boys. I mean LOVE. especially the littlest one. So cute and great prices. The store is organized and clean! The customer service is lacking. I went there 3 times now and I’ve never been greeted before or asked if I need help. In fact there was no associate in the kids section whatsoever. The beeping when they ring you up is totally obnoxious! It doesn’t stop. They don’t have the same selection as online I’ll pay the extra for shipping if it means I get what I actually want.

Who would’ve thought that Stockton would see the day that they would have an H&M?! Not complaining but I didn’t. Anyways, I was one of those people that waited in line for the after Christmas fashion passes(the ones that give out the $ 10-$ 300 cards). I waited since 7:30 while the store opened at 9 and was a little underwhelmed at the selection they had as well as that in the fine print of the pass it said that it was $ 10 off of $ 20 worth of stuff and that I had to spend that day and that location– ugh! The staff person ringing me up seemed like it was his first day on the job and the scanner beeper that kept going off when the clothes was near while he was ringing me up was annoying to say the least. I think the only thing I did like was that I able to find what I wanted in less than 20 minutes because of the low selection and that it was pretty organized.

This a very open, clean, and friendly staff! Eric was very pleasant and it was nice to see the smiles from the staff after a busy holiday for the retail store. I will be back and I recommend that you go check this store out.

The employees at this location were working their tails off in the middle of the night amidst the chaos and crowds on Black Friday and still managed to keep smiles on their faces and remain helpful. They rock. The lower rating is for poor staffing choices on H&M Corporate’s part. Following is a note I sent them: Dear H&M Corporate, I’m wondering why, on Black Friday, instead of hiring separate employees to fold and bag clothing, you had the cashiers do it? I’m referring to the store at the following location on Friday, November 28 when the store opened at midnight: Weberstown Mall 4950 Pacific Ave Stockton, CA95207 Not hiring employees for this purpose meant that your cashiers — who were working their tails off amidst the chaos and crowds and still managed to keep smiles on their faces and remain helpful — had to both ring people up and fold and bag clothing. The result of this poor decision on(I assume) corporate’s part, led to a one hour wait to purchase clothing, disgruntled customers, and workers who were placed in an unfair situation. Come on, guys. You can do better than that.

I’ve always wanted a H&M store in Stockton; and finally they had one opened at Weberstown Mall since I have already relocated myself to Sacramento. I came down for the weekend to visit my family and I thought I stop by Stockton H&M the following day instead of driving down to Modesto. The customer’s service is great. I got greeted by the associate once I walked to the men’s aisle. As I start browsing around to see if they have anything I like, and of course there were so many little selection for the men’s clothing; I decided not to buy anything. I looked around for men’s shoes and there weren’t any to be found, which totally was a waste of time. There were only a few good clothing for men, but the rest just suck. I would rather drive down to Modesto H&M and shop there than Stockton H&M if I plan on coming back to visit my family, or San Francisco since they have their own store for the men. I forgot why I stopped shopping at Stockton’s mall for a very long time, because they suck all over.
