Had such a great experience I just dropped off my 2nd tv for repair. Very fast and easy to work with and honest. All future tv’s will be brought here.

I took my Flat screen TV for repair. $ 50 deposit. Got a call following day that it will take about a week and a half. Only 3days later I got a call to pick it up. I thought that was fast. Picked up the TV and I had to pay more for repair and parts. Following day the same problem occur again. Called back and they said it’s got to be a different problem and it’s going to cost me. I was so angry and don’t bother taking it back.

This place has great customer service and they actually helped me decide the best decision for me if I should repair something or not. I was very impressed with their knowledge. very friendly.

Would not have them repair a TV. Had one repaired some time back and they charged 535.00 for the repair. Found out the parts cost around 30.00 which was fine but they gave me the parts back and threw in a bunch of capacitors which are not even in this television and they claimed they had to replace them… BS.
found this out when the set went out again for the same exact reason and had it repaired for just over 150.00 plus 30.00 for two transistors. So beware!
