I would actually give them 3.5 stars. I ordered a pastor burrito, all meat, with onions/cilantro with extra hot sauce. For starters they got my order right. The meat and sauce was favorable, although not as hot as I like it. I realize not everyone has my palate though or tolerance for heat. The tortilla was fresh and I would say the burrito was average size. All in all it was a good burrito. I would go again if I was near by.

Had a beef burrito and some chicken tacos. Tacos where nothing to mention about. Burrito was wet and sour. Did they squeeze lime in it or it’s just their marinade? Couldn’t take more than 2 bites. There are better trucks in Stk.

I would expect a legit taco truck to have Mexican drinks but they don’t so thats a huge disappointment because Sangria/Jaritos goes good with tacos. Overall the food and service are average 3 stars.

Their chorizo and egg super burritos are perfect for breakfast and lunch or brunch! No matter what day or time I go they are always fresh and incredibly delicious! By far the best taco truck I’ve visited, I mean I actually took time to write a review on a taco truck! So good!!! ***CASHONLY***

Let me start off by saying that I’m a huge fan of taco trucks. I’ve been eating taco truck super burritos for years, and by far, this truck is my all time fave. It’s a bit of a walk for me but it’s worth it. For six bucks, you get a super fat super burrito. Order it with hot sauce; the green sauce(or mild) is outright disgusting. The first time I ate here I made the mistake of ordering the mild. I’ve never had anything else on the menu but I’ve heard their tacos are the bomb too. Bring cash! They don’t take plastic. There’s a 7 – 11 across the street with cash back. Get your drink here.

Beto’s Taco Truck on the corner of Perishing Ave & Rosemarie Ln in Stockton, California. Just look in the parking lot of Perishing Oil gas station and you’ll notice the truck. Pretty much directly across the street from 7-Eleven. I picked up my Princess from school and she was a little hungry. She asked me «Daddy, can we go to a burrito truck»? I looked at her and said«Burrito Truck» She replied«I never been to one before» As I was driving I noticed her getting all excited. That right there was a beautiful moment. Note: For those of you who read my last Taco Truck review and for the ones who didn’t. Up until last week, I rarely ate at places like these. Kinda like once a leap year kinda thing. Because my fambam has beans & rice on their stove 24⁄7. I needed some cash so I went to 7-Eleven to get some$$$. Then I looked across the street and noticed several people in line. We arrived and was going over the menu with my Princess then she chose $ 4.50 plain Asada Burrito, only meat, rice and beans. Also two plain Asada Tacos for $ 1.25 each. I ended up getting a regular Asada taco. We wanted a beverage but unfortunately they don’t sell them. Also bring cash *CASHONLY* because it’s all about the Benjamins. My Princess enjoyed her tacos very much and I really liked mine too. Then she tried out the burrito took several bites and was like«No mas» :) «Daddy you can have the rest». So I took one for the team and killed it. I just had In-N-Out prior and the burrito got me feeling super full. I did like their burrito and the next time I’ll have to eat it on a empty stomach. So yeah when my Princess wants to come to a burrito truck, I’ll bring her here. Vincent D *VD * Enjoying the simple things in life.

Beto’s taco truck is one of my favorite food trucks around the area when it comes to Mexican food, honestly their food is good and really cheap compare to other taco trucks around the area; you can get yourself a taco for $ 1.25 or a Torta for $ 5.00 or even better get yourself a burrito for $ 4.25, I don’t really like quesadillas made at taco trucks so I’m not sure how much they run for, but I think they run between $ 4.00−5.00 bucks. I have to admit that I’m in LOVE with their tacos the CABEZA, they’re really some of the best I’ve have tried, and that’s the main reason I keep on coming back. I’m not a really big fan of other meats though but I’ve have tried their carne asada, the chicken, lengua and al pastor and honestly nothing comes close to their fabulous tacos the cabeza, oh another thing they do not sell any sodas or aguas frescas, but ghetto 7eleven is just right in front of it so you can get your soda fix here. THEYTAKECASHONLY, so bring some, but don’t bring to much you may get rob Haha, I read a review on here saying that they leave at 6:00 P.M. not true the taco truck leaves around 7:00 — 7:30PM. So if you’re around the area of pershing and rosemarie stop by and give this taco truck a try is worth it.

After reading all the great reviews i was expecting a great burrito. Boy was i disappointed. The carnitas burrito was bland and dry. Will not go back

In all fairness to the white people reading this. I decided to give this spot only 4⁄5 stars because it is in a sketchy corner which is usually surely to have people walking around who look like they are about to ask you for change or pretty much rob you AFTER you order. With that said, that has nothing to do with the food, but its worth mentioning. The food overall is very well price, delicious and worth the risk of the corner trip. The food is fresh, the burritos are huge! Great food, great service, great prices. I recommend the lengua tacos and carne asada burritos. I do wish, they sold aguas frescas though, but then again what taco truck does.

Top notch burritos and tacos. You will not go wrong with any choice. The best in Stockton along with Taco Guadalajara. The others in town aren’t bad, but these two definitely stand out.

I have reviewed before that this taco truck stole money from me, but a few weeks after that happened they saw me walking by and called me over to apologize and give my money back. This taco truck is extremely delicious but I have noticed that different cooks make things in different styles. When the older people cook the food is well crafted and easy to eat and delicious. When the younger folk do the cooking it is sloppily made and difficult to eat but still tasty.

I used to eat here once a week but I noticed the quality of the food slowly declining. Last time I ordered a torta they made it with no lettuce or tomato and the meat tasted old and was mostly small pieces of fat. I will never eat there again!

Oh man this truck is amazing. I’ve been wanting to stop by for awhile and finally ha the time. I had a chorizo and egg burrito with everything. So with the egg and chorizo it also had rice, beans, salsa, cilantro, cheese ad sour cream. I think I paid $ 5 or $ 5.50. This thing came out the size of a baby! So much burrito, to enough for two meals! I can’t want to stop by again! The guy taking the order was nice too. And that important. He’s a part of why id come back.

I never really cared for taco trucks until I came to Stockton for school and one of my friends took me here. At first I was a little skeptical because I’ve always heard horror stories about eating food from the«roach coach.» But now, that term offends me after knowing how good their tacos and burritos are!!! I LOVETHEIRTACOS! I used to always get the carne asada tacos but after they set up a make-shift menu(on a piece of cardboard box, haha) advertising for chorizo tacos, I HADTOGETTHEM! They’re cooked just the way I like it, a little spicy & crispy! I remember tacos here being only a $ 1 and soon after I found out about this place, they raised it to $ 1.25. and I guess now they’re up to $ 1.50. I’m a little sad about the price increase but I guess it’s still not bad for tacos and usually 4 tacos look small but they actually fill me up so $ 6 for really good tacos isn’t bad at all! I’ve also tried their carne asada burritos and it’s such a big portion, you would probably share with a friend!

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this truck. Cheap, absolutely delicious, authentic Mexican food! They have your standard Carne Asada and Pollo burritos and tacos along with the usual oddities such as Lengua, etc. You never have to wait long for your order and the burritos are humongous! Usually one can last me two meals. You can usually pick between green and red sauce. I prefer the green sauce personally. The burrito comes with the meat, rice, onions, alllll covered in a nice mess of salsa. Closes pretty early but definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area! Worth every penny if not more!

I come here quite often because it is close to campus. It is a taco truck, so the price is obviously cheap(around $ 1). The service here is quick. You pretty much order, wait a bit, and the food comes. My favorite tacos are the lengua(tongue) and tripa(tripe). The lengua is usually soft and tender and the tripa is crispy. I always get it with everything(onions, cilantro, and sauce) and jalapenos. However, the only bad thing is that they do not sell drinks.
