Our garage door popped a spring one cold morning, and with my daughter about to give birth, it was the worst time to have our cars trapped in the garage. After waiting a couple of hours for Home Depot to get back to us, I called this company, explained the situation and the gentleman (the owner) immediately said he put us at the top of the list. Joseph was there within an hour. He delivered expert garage door service, polite, excellent customer service, the price for replacing both springs was pretty standard and reasonable. Not only did Joseph replace the springs, he fine tuned the entire system and gave tips on managing it. Our garage door works like a dream! Highly recommended.

This company responded quickly to another garage door «detaching» from a bracket holding the door up… it slammed down due to the bolts backing out. The two professionals, Joseph and Henry, looked over the door, knew exactly how to fix it and promptly repaired it. Joseph checked the whole door! Safety was their focus! On a SUNDAY morning they were here within about an hour after we called. The gentleman, Sam, was quick and courteous and had the 2 broken springs replaced and made additional adjustments to the door as well. Overall, 2 hours after we realized our door was broken he was here and gone with everything fixed and working perfectly. Super fantastic service, friendly and quick – we will gladly recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you!

Broke one of the springs on my garage door. Called at 7:30 AM and Dennis was on my door step at 9 AM. Gave me a quick estimate, which was lower than I was expecting. He told me it would take him about an hour to replace both springs. He was done in 40 minutes. 10 year warranty on the springs! I was simply amazed they got to me the same day, nevermind being done before 10AM the same day. Excellent service!
