Bath & Body Works

I love Bath and Body Works and this store is one of my favorite ones here’s why:
PROS: Customer service is awesome, all the employees who work at this Bath and Body Works are very helpful, always have a smile on their face, and ate very knowledgeable about their products.
They have a nice selection of candles, lotions, Body Gels, home fragrances and any other items you might need for your home or bathroom
They have awesome sales an usually offer coupons with big discounts on their merchandise, you can also return products you bought online @
with ease
FYI if you have a Victoria Secrets credit card you can also use it to pay for your bath and body works purchases
If you see a promotion, sale or a lower price on their website they will usually honored that price and give you the promotion they have on their website
One of my most favorite things about Bath and Body Works is they’re freaking candles, they smell so good and the scent fills up the room quickly and lasts for a long time
CONS: Sometimes their inventory sucks and they can also run out of their best selling products, specially during sales.
CONCLUSION: this store gets four stars for the awesome customer service and because they keep an overall organized store. –1 star because like I mentioned they can run out of their best selling, items but other than that this store is AWESOME & is definitely a try, especially if you love bath and body works like I do.

Review is basically for the great customer service I received by Marissa over the holidays and Alex on my last visit. They both did a very good job on helping me, good job ladies.
When it comes to lotions or body spray. I’m not hip to what’s crackin. So when I do come in to get stuff for my daughter’s, Mom and Sisters. I need to know the latest and greatest they have to offer.
So over the Christmas holidays, I was helped by Marissa. She did a super job that day telling me all the sales and whatnot. They have crazy sales buy three get two free or buy two and get one free and so on and so on. I was trying to figure who has what and who does not have this or that in my family. It’s a bit pricey and I don’t have the luxury to be buying a grip of stuff from here ya dig. $ 100 plus adds up hella quick here. What I really liked about Marissa, she really knows her stuff from top to bottom. All the online deals etc etc, I was like damn. So I ended up with Lotion, body spray and hand sanitizers.
I came in earlier tonight with my youngest daughter, we were just checking stuff out. I was helped by Alex, she broke it down for me on the sales here that’s going on right now right now. Also Alex pointed out they have a small, I mean small Men’s section. Hidden and feeling lonely in between Sunshine and Happiness. Alex showed me three items that she likes and I chose two of them. My Baby Girl picked out three body sprays and we got the deal buy three get two free.
so yes, I will come back here to shop

Have not been in the store in quite a while however long the store today I was introduced to the manager who’s name was Jackie she spent several minutes for this explaining the candle scents the lotions and the savings that you get when you buy a 3 for five. Jackie was extremely helpful I’d recommend the store to anyone.

I ordered a promotional deal online, which was buy 2 get 4 free (awesome deal). I took 1 of the shower gels back into the store to exchange it, because I didn’t like the scent. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the extremely rude sales associate who «helped» me, but I do know that she was a white girl with super curly brown hair. She just straight up told me «No, you can’t exchange it because you didn’t „pay“ for it.» (It was considered one of the «free» items). Their return/​exchange policy clearly states — no sales through bath and body works are final. She didn’t seem to care — she would not let me exchange the item. I didn’t feel like dealing with her anymore, so I left and figured I would just go to a different store. As I was leaving, with my back to her, she rudely shouts in high pitched, snooty voice «You can’t return something you got for free.» as i’m on my way out the door. I was already leaving, it was over — there was no reason for her to continue. Especially while shouting over the other customers in the store.
I called customer service as soon as I got in the car. The woman I spoke to was super nice and helpful and reassured me that I was able to exchange the item. She took all my info — and the description of the «mean girl». She called a different store and set up an exchange for me. She also offered to send me a gift card. I was very happy with how they handled this issue. But, I will not be returning to the Sherwood Mall B & B Works.

I visit this location every couple of months to purchase soaps for the office that I work in. I was greeted right away when I walked into the store. The smiling face was the same girl that helped me the last time that I visited.
I was checking out their great deal on hand soaps, 5 for $ 15, when the girl asked if I’d smelled any of their new fragrances? I didn’t realize that there were new soap fragrances so I was glad that she had pointed that out. Then she asked if I was the one who purchases soaps for her office? I thought to myself, «Wow, this girl is good!» She remembered me from months back. Now that’s good customer service!
I continued to look around for a bit and then checked out. The girl at the register was friendly and suggested I buy more products to get one for free. Man, people are suggestive selling all over the place these days! I politely declined the extra products, paid for my merchandise and went on my way.
The store was clean, well stocked and organized. I was offered a shopping bag/​basket to hold my products while I shopped, and I was treated kindly during my visit. Overall, a good experience.

I agree with the previous Unilocaler that this location was really clean and well put together. The girls that worked there were really nice. Often other B&BW’s I’ve been too the staff are too cranky. I so see myself shopping here more when in town visiting my Grandma.

Everything was neat and in place, atmosphere was nice, easy to maneuver, and easy to find what your looking for. I’ve been to other B&B Works that had clutter in front of their registers and stuff but this one didn’t show any signs of a mess.
Great customer service. All the workers are very helpful and they know their stuff. VERY friendly too. Really makes me want to go back again. :D
