When you have 6 employees standing around the brow bar discussing their tax returns and a customer walks up with a question the usual response is to assist that customer. Not is this store. Also why is there a line of over 6 people to be ring up and only one register open.

I went in Ulta to get my eyebrows done at the Benefit Brow, and the ladies were very nice and accommodating. The lady who did my eyebrows was Lindsay, and she did an amazing job! Definitely recommend her.
