Too expensive for tiny scoop. I ordered a regular scoop and it was smaller than a kids scoop. I can’t even enjoy my cake cone. It’s all about costumer service.. Going to cold stone or yogurt land for better quality and service.

Good ice cream and yogurt, friendly service but slightly overpriced due to the brand recognition.

Baskin and Robbin in Trinity Park place in Stockton, California. Unilocal Challenge 81⁄100 ’I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream“ What can I say my tribesmen love ice cream. I’ve beem to this location one a couple of times. Once just to crab some cones and walk the strip. The other time we sat in and enjoyed the show. This Baskin and Robbins, is pretty small and can fill up really quick. Maybe 10 or so people can sit inside. I didn’t notice anything spectacular on limited edition –special edition and artificially enhanced ice cream here. Just the basics that you see everywhere else. The staff is pretty cool, one of the girls working was complimenting both daughter’s hair. My youngest has her hair dyed and my eldest just graduated from cosmetology school at that time. So I kicked back and relaxed and enjoyed the moment talking to my son. Yeah I’ll be back here very soon. Having a great moment with the people you love is a beautiful thing. Sincerely VD.

I’m so disappointed at this baskin robbins. We went there the other night my husband and I and our 2 sons. My oldest son which is 10 is type 1-diabetic(an autoimmune disease not caused my sugar or lack of exercise) loves trying all the new flavors that come out. When I asked for a nutrition menu to count the carbs so I can give him insulin the employees had no idea where it was at. To be exact they says they didn’t have one. I replied that they had to have one it is required by LAW to gave that available to customers. They said well we don’t have one or maybe we do but I don’t know where it is. I said can u call the manager or owner and ask they said they couldn’t bother them. Wtf? Makes no since. My son seen that they didn’t have that information and was like«it’s ok mom I won’t have one»… after he had already took a lick. I said no eat it I’ll find the carbs online when we get home. How awful these employees did nothing but shrug their shoulders. There was a sign visible that read«if u have food allergies let ur food server know» I’m wondering what would they do exactly they didn’t even know where a nutrition menu is!!! The sad thing is that this location is around the corner from our house and we can no longer go there because my son is so upset.

My family has bought many ice cream cakes here over the years. They have always been spot on with the special decorated cakes. They are fresh, no freezer burn here. Plus the staff and owner are friendly.

Friendly, fast, CLEAN. They keep it spotless unlike many baskins I have been too. A little stingy on the ice cream, but they are also cheaper than some locations I think by a couple cents. My issue is the waffle cones. WHYWHYWHY is there cinnamon in the waffle cones? Or at least it tastes like it, I don’t like it. Don’t do that it’s horrid. They were fresh but had an overwhelming spice flavor to them. Yuck

Came in to get 2 hand-packed quarts of ice cream tonight… when I told the girl behind the counter that I wanted two quarts she pointed to the prepacked ones in the freezer… I know it was about 30 minutes before closing but I explained that the ones in the freezer are measured by volume and the hand-packed ones by weight so you actually get more when you buy hand-packed she just gave me a nasty look. Then to top it all off it turns out that they charged me 2 dollars more than the Baskin Robbins right down the street. At the Baskin Robbins on Pacific Ave you get two hand-packed quarts for 11.99(three pounds of ice cream total) and here at this one they charged me 14 bucks for the same thing. We called right after and were told that they are owned by someone different and therefore have different prices. When I go into a chain place like Baskin Robbins I expect somewhat of the same prices… when we called to inquire about the price difference the girl was unable to explain why. I know for a fact the manager helped me, so someone there should have been able to explain why. Save yourself a couple bucks, go to the other Baskin Robbins in town… :0)

We love Baskin Robbins, and this is the store we frequent the most. Every flavor of ice cream/sherbet/yogurt that we’ve tasted we like, but we do have our favorites. Whether it’s a cone, a cup, a sundae, frozen yogurt, smoothie or a shake(or a cake!) it’s all good. The staff members are friendly and enthusiastic. They are great with clients of all ages, including large families and children. They create special order birthday cakes – two large catalogues illustrates some of the styles/themes available. They also sell ice cream in cartons to take home, as well as decorative ice cream cakes, pies and cupcakes in the freezer section. Dunkin Donuts coffee K-cups are offered for sale in the back. Check with the store for special days when discounts are offered on ice cream cones or sundaes. A variety of cone styles are available.

Gone are the days of the 31 flavors, but the selection is still pretty good. And they have fresh waffle cones. Needless to say, this makes me happy :) This location is very convenient(a bit cramped, but there’s plenty of benches & seating outside, which is perfect for those warm spring/summer afternoons & evenings). A bit pricey, but there’s something oddly comforting about eating an ice cream cone while having to carefully peel back the trademark pink & white paper.

Great spot for ice-cream, but the shop is kinda small. It gets crowded pretty fast.

Good assortment of flavors, and the associates are always friendly when we come in. I like that it’s so close to the other restaurants… you can grab dinner, then walk over here for dessert! They have a nice location in the Spanos West shopping strip… you will definitely find me here again once the weather warms up.

Best place to get ice cream if you didn’t know already. I used to work there so I’ve experimented a lot of different combonations. If you’re a banana/chocolate/coffee kind of guy like me, try this: Cappuchino Blast blended with a banana.

Gaawwwwd what’s a girl got to do to not bump into people especially if I’m having one of those«not ready» days. Not a big fan of baskin robbins at all. This place is always crowded and filled with people you don’t want to see. Anyways, this review is for that baseball hat in the commercial where they make it’s seem like it’s sooo big when they fill it with ice cream? Which is totally not true that this is soooo small. How the hell do you fit two scoops of ice cream in that thing? And that is why me and baskin robbin dont get along. +2 for cleanliness cause I’m still nice.
