We were just there about an hour and a half ago and the girl working was very sweet it was clean and ice cream was great my only problem was people there don’t know how to watch their kids this girl who was probably between 7 and 10 reached around and stuck her fingers in the ice cream her younger brother maybe about 3 kept laying on the table while they were arguing and their mom did absolutely nothing when we told the girl working she was very apologetic and said thank you for letting her know I got the rocky road boyfriend got mint chip and his son got wild n reckless sherbet it was all great bf said best mint chip he’s ever had

mean workers, There was like 5 mins left until the shop closed. They total ignored my me and my group and proceeded to clean the store. They should at least acknowledge my existence. just a bunch of divas there.

Went into Baskin Robbins for a scoop of ‘I don’t know what’ so I ordered something that sounded good. Wrong! Not very tasty. So I asked Bryan, the guy that helped me, if I could change and he said no problem.
Now that’s customer service.

I treat my kids to BR once in a while. We mainly come to this location in Stockton.
Today after we ate dinner the munchkins wanted ice cream. We always have a wonderful time here.
Service was excellent today, so mad respect to Aidee who works front counter. Who’s super nice and complemented me on buying a ice cream for a gentleman who didn’t have enough money for his own ice cream.
It felt good because she went out of her way to help me and praise me for the deed I done. I didn’t buy a ice cream for the Man, to be cool, I just felt compelled to do so. So yes today was a wonderful experience at Baskin and Robbins. I’ll definitely be coming back. :) indeed little things do add up and they do have meaning.

Love this place. I picked the basketball court decoration and they did a really awesome job on it. The colors matched the actual basketball court. I will most definitely come back to this place again.

Employees are always friendly & ice cream is always good. The waffle cones don’t taste quite as fresh as they could, but the ice cream cake deliciousness makes up for that (especially the mint chocolate chip!) Speaking of mint, the Peppermint Bark in the Dark is crack on a cone. Good thing it’s seasonal!

Unfortunately the shift leader Elizabeth didn’t have enough change to break my 20 dollar bill, so she asked my 10 year old son to hand back the partially eaten ice cream. She tossed it in the garbage can in front of him. I went next door to get change and ordered a whole new ice cream within 3 minutes… Carry more change because that was absolutely cruel to do to my kid. This has been several months, hope you have a better shift leader.

Always pleased everytime I come here. Short wait even if there’s a line. Employees are nice and its always clean when I come in. Gold Medal Ribbon is the best flavor, chocolate, vanilla, and caramel mmmmmmm.

This is definitely the cleanest, largest, friendliest, and has the most flavors of any BR that I have been to. I am glad they only sell ice cream and not to Togos here like some of the newer stores.
My fav flavors are the coconut pineapple, piña colada ice, and the sugar free flavors are so good with no after taste. Great cake selection as well which taste fresh.
I admit I am biased as I worked for the owner over 20 years ago as my first high school job. He still owns this store and you can tell the pride of ownership and his involvement in the store.

This is probably the biggest Baskin Robbins I’ve been to. There are lots of seats if you want to sit down inside, and there are also some patio tables outside. Although the line was long, the service was pretty quick and the ice cream was good!

Man this place is deceiving. I always thought it was small, but it’s the biggest Baskin Robbins I have ever been in! WTH? The hours are kinda weird, being open til 10:07 or 10:37 depending on the day. It helped though as we got there at 10:33. But when its time, its time. They empty the place out. Service was fast even though there were actually quite a few people there. Nice hidden gem that I will travel to instead of the close one that is always super crowded and much smaller.

5 starts for the location cuz it’s in my hood. Always been a fan of BR and don’t think that will change anytime soon. This location is convenient, well, cuz it’s in my hood and of course the other reason? They never run out of Peanut Butter Chocolate!
I see Bubba pay $ 6 for a shake, so, I’m going to have to put that on my eating bucket list-​ha!

Consistently good…
over six bucks for their largest milkshake. But WHAT a shake
it is. Omg it has SIX scoops of ice cream in it.
Tonight, had the large with three scoops of mint chocolate chip
and three scoops of fudge ice cream. Soooo thick and rich.
Couldn’t finish it all in one setting. So the ‘left-​overs’ are in the
freezer. Maybe finish it during the game tomorrow.
Next time I will try four scoops of the mint chocolate chip and
two scoops of the fudge. I would like a bit more of the mint
flavor to show through.
I will be back… oh yeah!
