Allstate Insurance: Richard Perry

There have certainly been times I was happy with the service (when Rick has helped me himself) but more often than not I feel like I am an inconvenience to the two employees in the office.
There is one (Blanca) who has been just downright rude to me.
She got very snappy and impatient with me when I was indecisive about a policy change I was making. She wasn’t clear in her explanation (at least I didn’t understand) but instead of being patient and helping me to understand she was very short with me.
She actually said «Well, which one do you want?» in a snippy tone.
The other employee is much more friendly but I went into the office to report an accident I was in. She offered to give me the 800 number to go home and call or I could call there. I had told her I also needed to make a payment but stood there with my credit card in my hand and she never did take the payment. I ended up deciding it would be easier to go home and make the payment online.
After going to this office for about 6 years I am going to the Allstate in Manteca now.
I just love them. They treat me like a valued customer (even though my policy is not at that office) and even offer me water when I am there. Such a difference in the employees and it is just a pleasure to go in there.
I don’t know what took me so long to get fed up enough to switch. I have been with Allstate for at least 25 years now.
All offices are different. I honestly don’t think the owner knows how bad she is with some customers at least.

Wowza… you really need insurance with people like me on the road.
We’ve been with this office for 8 years and have had nothing but pleasant business.
Enough said.
