We had the unfortunate experience of working with Karen Freeman as the listing agent, for a property we purchased. Not only was the seller, Marlene Becker, deceptive this listing agent sold us a house without having her client disclose:
–No hot water
–Broken water treatment system
–Non-​functioning dishwasher
–Broken furnace
–Back deck & balcony riddled with dry rot
there were many other minor issues.
The furnace was especially troubling as our family moved into the home during the winter.
Stay away from this woman: she is an unfortunate excuse for a human being, and if you are thinking of listing a property with her BUYER BEWARE, you are likely to be sued, and you won’t likelly be the first one.
