This place is just horrible. As you can see from my pictures they placed drinking cups on top of my wife vegetables. The entire thing spilled in my car. I have creamed colored seats so just use your imagination what happened. To top it off they didn’t even tell me that they did it. And now they will not answer the phone. Wow!

I must agree with the majority on this one. This place is horrible. If you want a decent meal you Must go in. If you go through the drive in you are screwed okay!
I assume the chicken is old or over cooked. Which is sad because who doesn’t know how to cook fried vhicken? You’re better off going mect door to Zaxby s or down the road towards McDonough to Mrs. Winners.

Worst service and food EVER!!!
I ordered the typical shrimp poboy and received no lettuce and no tarter sauce or lettuce on my sandwich and it was damn cold … I mean really cold … When I went back I was met with distain by the female manager who explains to me that Popeyes doesn’t allow them to put ANY SAUCE on the poboy!!!
Then what the hell is the purpose of paying to have you make me a falsely advertised sandwich if you’re not adding the very sauce that makes it the sandwich
The females in the store this am seemed to all be really pissed at me for my reasoning and seemed to feel that my request was unreasonable, but the male mgr with an accent seemed delighted to help me and to regret the actions of the others… Thanks Mr Osiago for your help !

This place is the worst. They are always out of something, be it jelly, sauce, or straws. If you get your order to go I suggest checking your bag before you leave, as they have a 50⁄50 chance of forgetting something. I’m almost tempted to drive to another location from now on.

It was the worst experience ever I will never go back never ever again the food was cold I ordered a coke they gave me diet my chicken was not fully cooked it was still pink they pulled me up to wait on my order and then the guy comes out and get my order to someone else I spent 30 minutes waiting to get food it was the worst experience ever

I went through the drive through and the item I ordered said it came with a drink so they tried to charge me extra for it which made me mad. Then when I got to the house they gave me rice and gravy instead of mashed potatoes. They have a horrible attitude and do not take the time to help their customers or listen. I will never come back to this when. They should be shut down since they can’t take care of their customers.

The cashier was pleasant and that was the last good thing about this location. They were out of ice, soda, and tea in the lobby. The lids were scattered about and dirty. There were no condiments out front, had to ask for everything including napkins. It took probably 15 minutes to get my chicken strip meal, which was not bad, but would have been better if I had not stood there for 5 minutes waiting on sauce.

Got some chicken tenders and some fried catfish. It took forever about 15 mins sitting in the drive though. Waiting on the catfish. When the food was finally ready the chicken was starting to get cold. They gave us an apple pie to make up from the long wait. The food was ok, but this place is in the chicken nexus of the universe. There is a zaxbys, KFC and churches all within a mile so there is a lot of completion for the chicken dollar.

Haven’t been to Popeyes after being a weekly regular because they discontinued their spicy honey mustard.
Bring back the honey mustard and I’ll return for my weekly po’boy with red beans and rice.

We ordered the 8 piece chicken in mild, 1 side (we chose cajun rice), 4 biscuits family meal. The food was hot and fresh, but it was extremely salty. The biscuits were very soft and hot but the top layer was very salty. The chicken and cajun rice were all very salty. I always peel off the breaded, fried parts of the chicken and even with that off, it was still very salty to me. Service was fast and staff were very friendly. Restaurant has good food cleanliness rating and restaurant was kept clean and nice. Popeyes focuses more on Cajun style food. They even had jambalaya and fried catfish, so they are a little different than Church’s and KFC. However, they do need to lower the salt added to their food or I would not eat there again.
